You don't want to need an auto body repair but, when you do -- and you never know when it will happen -- it's such a comfort to have this amazing body shop to turn to -- they do everything, including the paperwork for your insurance claim and arrange for a rental if you need it. The facility is very clean and everyone there is a true professional. They keep you apprised during the time of the repair as to how it's going and are always "there" to answer questions at all steps of the repair. Everyone there, from supervisor Paul to the workmen to the fabulous office staff, is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I needed autobody help several times, the last time a delivery truck hit me and damaged the front of my car and left without giving me information. I didn't even see most the damage as it was internal. As usual, the insurance adjuster went to the shop -- I didn't have to do anything. The body work is always flawless -- they do a beautiful job, plus they detail the car before you pick it up, so your car really looks and drives like new!
