Obtained contact info via a friend. Phoned & owner said he was 15 mins away & would arrive shortly. Upon arrival he unpackaged lock & stated unable to rekey lock to same key as a different brand. We Wanted 1 key for all locks. Charged service fee of $90 plus $2.75 per mile from residence in Pflugerville (nearly another $100). Was at residence 20 mins max. No issue w service fee but ridiculous to be charged for mileage from his residence when already in the area. 20 mins for shortly less than $200. Nope! Can't imagine fee if he actually "performed" a service. read more

He was here almost 4 hours to replace combination lock on a gun safe. Had given him 2 different combination numbers but he didn't try them and was doing it the old fashion way by feel and sound. Cannon sent new keypad to replace the old one but for some reason it didn't work so he proceeded to put old combination lock back on with right code from one of the two numbers I had given him. That was well & good until he gave me a bill for $791.00, I almost had a heart attack. Till this day I still cannot believe what he charged me. My thought is he ripped me off.
