Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. Several months after the remodel, when I had one or two minor issues (so small that I can no longer even recall what it was), Rick came out personally to fix them and ensure that everything was still meeting his standard of excellence. One of my dogs recently chewed one of the cabinet facings that housed the built in trash can, and Rick- who paid careful attention to my love for my baking and cookbook collection- also helped me to come up with a cookbook cabinet solution that will be built to put in its place (and will be far less enticing to our hungry pups!).
