I came in to get copies of my car key (with fob) and house key. They had to send away for the car key, but gave me the house keys that day. They didn't work, at all. Came back and they replaced them and while the new ones do work, they're pretty stiff in the lock even though the original key wasn't. When the copy of the car key came in, I came back, and it took them about 15 minutes to find it. And it didn't work either. I'm cancelling the order, but apparently they can't just issue a refund - I need to wait for the manager to call me, and then refunds are issued by check (!). I've sunk a fair amount of time and money into this, and all I currently have is two house keys that only kind of work. Really hoping it gets resolved soon. UPDATE: I increased the rating to 3 stars because they sent someone to my home for free to get the keys working better. Their technician was very helpful and professional. They also said I will be receiving a refund for the Subaru key via credit card. I will say all the employees were very nice.

They brought the right tools to move the safe smoothly and without risk to themselves or either of our properties. I would definitely use them again. Had a rather negative experience with another safe mover, and Liberty Safes of Central Texas was a completely different experience. So, why 4 stars instead of 5? When I first contacted them, I was told to email the owner, Christian, to make arrangements for the move. I contacted him multiple times, and never got a response. That caused me to contact the mover I ended up having a negative experience with. After dealing with that second mover, I called LSoCT again, just hoping to get my safe moved before I had to leave my apartment. Mark at LSoCT got things straight and scheduled, and the move was smooth from there.

Pretty much every shop says this, and while I do get why they say it, the costs of these keys from any local source is just so high. I found a refurbished one online for $39 but everywhere local (dealer included) the key can cost as much as $200. Also it seems that no matter who programs and cuts the key (including the dealer) the cost is ~$130 for this car and key combo (I called 4 shops). I went with a local shop since the dealer requires an appointment and it takes quite a while. Also I'd rather give money to a small business, the tech had her kids there and everything so I'd rather support a family shop like that. The tech was great and she got it programmed and cut. I feel confident that I got a good key online, and that's the risk I took on.

Charged service fee of $90 plus $2.75 per mile from residence in Pflugerville (nearly another $100). Was at residence 20 mins max. No issue w service fee but ridiculous to be charged for mileage from his residence when already in the area. 20 mins for shortly less than $200. Nope! Can't imagine fee if he actually "performed" a service.

They have everything from the entry level smaller safes to the behemoths that look like they need a crane to move. Almost every size has options of a manual dial or digital to suite your preference. Kris helped us out and was very knowledgeable on all the details for each safe off the top of his head. He took what I was wanting to upgrade from and showed me several models that met both my needs for firearms and personal items. Shipping was cheap at $200 and was delivered next day by a external company that moves safes full time. Ended up getting the Champion model T, 15 gun. It's honestly more like 20-25 if your not running all rifles for that safe. I took what I had in a 12 gun Stack-On that was packed and only used about 25% of the Champion. The Champion safes have great lifetime services compared to most and are worth the extra little bit of money compared to the entry level brand safes.
