Their online banking is atrocious, literally a throw back to 20 years ago. Their app is also terrible. I just had a mobile deposit get declined, yet no explanation for why. I tried calling to determine what the issue was..... Got an our of country call center. I've never had a deposit declined by Wells Fargo, Capital One, or my Credit Union. The only reason I bank here is because my uncle did and I set up his estate account here. I can hardly wait to close that account and wash by hands of MW.

I get better interest rates on CDs, Savings, and credit cards here than at any other bank I've checked out. The worst service I've ever received at WSECU is still better than 90% of my experiences at other banks; I'm able to stop into this branch no more than about twice a year for the past 7 years, and they still greet me with a smile and recognize me. The online banking is easy to use and convenient, and I'm not sure I've had a complaint about them yet. If it is possible for you to get an account here, by all means, do so. It is definitely worth the experience.

I actually bank in San Jose , CA at a credit union there which let me know they had a partner bank in Post Falls. I had a check to deposit and was hoping it would go trouble free. It absolutely did and the teller was super helpful as well as friendly. I believe her name was Amy. I learned I can do most of the transactions that I could do at my home branch. So glad. They also have a change machine that is free to members. Can pour in the change and convert to cash or deposit it. I like the drive up ATM service. Handy for hurried or cold days. I'm happy to have a great Credit Union to turn to being so far from home.
