They will lie, over promise and under deliver. After waiting 27 days for my vehicle to be repaired Morgatech finally replaced my engine and told be the vehicle was ready for pickup. Within 1 hour of driving away, my vehicle with this replaced engine broken down in rush hour traffic. I had to be towed home because they didn't answer the phone. The next day I called Morgan and he tells me its my transmission not the engine and would not take any ownership or responsibility and not even apologetic. I work at a Honda dealership and had one of the service technicians look at my car before I took it to Green Automotive. I told Art (owner of Greens) over the phone what I wanted replaced and he gave me a quote of $300 max worst case. I brought the car to him the following morning. When I went to pay the bill it was for $412. Being a young and poor college student this is a big difference. He told me he had to replace a caliper (whch Honda told me I did not need done) and that was the reason for the price increase. Not only did he replace and try charging for this part, but he never called to ask my permission. He told me that if I wanted to pay $300 then I could but I would need to buy another caliper for him for $100. What?!? When I said absolutely not I was promptly told to "Go F**K myself" I was told this 4 more times while in his shop while waiting for him to run my credit card. He eventually agreed to charge me the original $300 but told me not to come back to his shop adding that I was a little B***H. Being a nice guy, I started to say that I appreciate him charging me for what he ORIGINALLY told me. I was cut off and told to get out of his shop and again to "Go F**K myself" In summary, he tried taking advantage of me and quickly realized that I was not going to back down. This led him to immediately resort to vulgarity and to question my knowledge of cars. What a joke. Please stay away from this service shop to avoid being insulted and ripped off. How this guy has managed to stay in business is a mystery to me. Now the question is, does anybody know a reliable shop in the Annapolis area?

I got my car a couple days later and they said my car was fine, and I paid $140 for my cars engine light to be on again a day later:| and with my buddy's car... I paid ANOTHER $140 for them to tell me that it just needed a new engine... thanks ! It's like I told them that when I brought the car in. They failed to mention that it had a HUGE exhaust leak, and a failed o2 sensor which I found out when when I brought it to another shop. The exhaust leak was so bad I don't know how they didn't notice? I guess they never actually looked at the entire car. Just the top of the engine bay. Well end of story, I wasted $280 for them to tell me what I literally told them when I gave them the cars to get diagnosed.
