Placed an order on Sunday evening and forgot 2 items, I got a notice the order was complete and was provided shipping info, before there business opening. I contacted Rob to see if I could add 2 more items and expected not to be able to but Rob had me place another order and was able to combine with the first to save me a few dollars on shipping. I have never seen a business so badly run. The owner Rob has no idea what customer service means. I called to order some parts for my winch, since the website says to call if you wanted faster. I wanted it via priority mail, so I can have a tracking number. I know we are close to Christmas and no one can guarantee delivery. Rob, the owner, went crazy about not guaranteeing delivery, which I said it's ok. Then all of the sudden he asked me if I am US citizen (I have an accent) and if I have an American credit card. I said yes and that I have ordered before without issues. He started yelling on the phone and to take my business somewhere else and hung up the phone. I'll give them three stars because they have parts that you can't find anywhere else. But if it were for their customer service I would drop that down to one or two stars . I placed an order with them and immediately realized that that might be the wrong part . I called and asked if they could help me select the correct part. They just told me oh it's on the website, just look it up. I asked a few more questions and they said oh we have a guide on the website to help you decide which one is your model . I asked him if he could help me a little more with that and he said no it's on the website just look it up . I searched all over that website and I could not find the guy that he was referring to. I recently called the contact phone number listed on P2's website. I had a question about Alwgrip's different can volumes, and wanted to place an order. No one answered the phone and I was connected to a voice mail. I left a message asking the question, and left my contact info. After not receiving a return call, I called again. Someone answered the phone this time. I explained that I wanted to order a Qt. of Awlgrip and asked about a larger quanity and shipping cost. I was informed they don't take orders over the phone and directed to the web site. The person didn't have an answer to my question and again referred me to the web site. There was NO Customer Service what so ever. I called Jamestown Dist, got my question answerd and placed my order. read more

The good is they had the parts that I needed. The bad is knowledge and the attitude. He didn't know anything about the product and "Most people are glad just to get the parts," are the responses given when I asked for tips on in removing and replacing a part that I had purchased from this business. I am pretty capable with mechanical things but in the end I decided to return 2 of 3 parts because I could not figure out how to swap the parts out. These parts seemed quite expensive for what they were. Admittedly it is difficult to put a value on something when it is not available elsewhere. Well, at least they charged a lot for shipping and restocking. I have given them 2 stars because they could have been worse: There was a diagram of the equipment available. They weren't down right unfriendly. Ideally however, it would be in their interest to know the product they are selling.
