I just started coming here about a week ago. I love the decor and their tea is so good! The service is always amazing as well.

Keeping my "blinders" on, my mission is to get a few of those famous crispy bakes for my daughter's 26 birthday instead of buying a whole cake. My attendant, Eimau, (hope I spelled correcty, if not, my apologies) was so pleasant and his patience servicing me has me leaving with not only a few bakes, but cake pops, cupcakes and macaroons!! You have to try this nice place, so good. Thank you all for your service.

I returned to Lilla Vanilla after a mediocre visit a couple of months ago. I was initially on the…read morefence due to the two viral crunches I tried--only one was enjoyable--and I wasn't impressed with the service. That said, I don't believe in writing a place off after a single average experience, so I decided to give it a second chance. This time, I ordered two different viral crunches along with a croissant. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing across the board. The Mixed Berry Crunchy was cute in presentation, but that was its only redeeming quality. There was no bold--or even subtle--mixed berry flavor. At $10, it felt wildly overpriced and not worth the calories. Next was the Lemon Crunchy, which is supposed to feature a lemon blueberry flavor. As someone who loves lemon, I had high expectations, but once again it was bland and forgettable. Since this is a bakery, I also tried a fresh croissant and asked for it to be warmed. The staff accommodated the request, and it smelled incredible. It was warm, light, and flaky--but sadly, the flavor fell flat. A light brushing of butter on top would have gone a long way. For me, this is strike two. Unfortunately, Lilla Vanilla just isn't worth the money or the calories. Based on my experience--mediocre service on the first visit, bland and overpriced featured items on the second, and only neutral-to-slightly-positive notes on the croissant--I'd rate it 2 out of 5 . I seriously contemplated giving them 1 star but to be fair, the viral crunchy presentation was appealing and the croissant did have good texture (even if the flavor missed).

I enjoyed the Reesie's PCs cookie that was recently on their menu as of this Monday. I enjoy the fact that there's a weekly menu change and I think it's a delightful place although I do have to say my daughter applied there and no one answered her for an interview when she called to trying to speak someone about the position she applied for she was met with slightly rude response. "sorry we can't help you. You can apply online. If you weren't selected they probably weren't looking to hire you"

While looking at the menu, I found it interesting they had mini cookies as well as larger cookies. They also have speciality cookies such as Halloween themed cookies (a dirt cookie that contains crumbled Oreos). Ended up getting a chocolate chip cookie. I loved how big it was. The chips were so gooey. I do feel like it wasn't the best cookie, however. I think the dough wasn't as good as I would like it to be. Service was quick to get the cookie. There were a ton of people working in the background to make cookies. They had 2 industrial mixers that were constantly spinning.
