I say "hello" again. Nothing. Then the people stop talking and the cashier comes and asks if I need anything. So, I was waiting for this woman to have her personal conversation. I'm in a shop that's in a hospital. I'm going into the emergency room and the cashier is having personal conversations while a patient waits. Extremely poor customer service.
