It's located in a strip mall with other shops including where you can purchase Vermont Cheese and Maple Syrup. You can also sample wine and spirits nearby. On nice days they sometimes have a flea market in the parking lot with all sorts of items including antiques. There is always ample parking. A must stop if in Vermont.

We entered through a door with a giant bear next to it for photo opps, and into the part with all kinds of fun Vermont (maple) treats, drinks, and other snacks. Then there was main floor, upstairs, and downstairs to see. Missed downstairs since I heard that was mostly furniture, and I spent about 2.5 hours scouring all the rest. Prices were all over the place, as is so often the case with antique malls. Bargains and Zingers abounded. Because I bought so many smaller items, it overwhelmed the young man doing the check out, and it soon before they were closing. He did not know how to prioritize, and unlike the ladies that opened the 2nd register, he did not go over all that I bought, confirming the details, which frustrated me, because I'm pretty sure I got overcharged for a couple things. So, make note, and add up stuff yourself if you are buying more than a handful of items. The staff sprinkled throughout to help open cases to show you merch were all very friendly and eager to help. If you're antiquing through New England, I definitely think this should be on your list!

The four outlet shopping centers are located within walking distance of each other, so you can park once and shop all day. Parking is free and plentiful, while pedestrian crosswalks make it safe and easy to zigzag across Route 9 in search of the latest bargains. Yes, half of the stores are across the busy road so you can road is diving this outlet in two parts. It is located just off Exit 20 of the Adirondack Northway (I-87) and only two miles south of Lake George Village. Each center has public restrooms, an ATM machine, and vending machines filled with cold drinks. Tip: don't be confused, While this entire half-mile strip is referred to as "The Outlets", there are currently four distinct centers: Adirondack Outlet Mall, French Mountain Commons, Log Jam Outlet Center and The Outlets at Lake George East and West. Spend your day perusing the miles of aisles at this massive shopping complex on State Route 9 in Lake George.

For the most part, the stores are clean, well-kept, and feature a good selection. Some of the sales were excellent and we couldn't pass them up. The traffic getting in and out can be challenging, and we sat in said traffic for about a half mile given that the road is single lane in each direction and the stores get crowded. I found some small bowls of the set I collect, appropriately priced. I didn't dicker over the price. Good: friendly greeting staff, vast variety, enough shoppers so it didn't feel creepy. Very interesting old mansion to tour. Bad: if you are sensitive to smells, you may find some of those here unpleasant. Because I am, I would only go back if I needed something, not just to look.
