The manager was very confrontational. I was first greeted by a staff member at the drive-through I asked to pick up a prescription she nods her head. I don't know what that means so I ask her. Do you need something from me? What information do you need? She was extremely rude replies telling me the information that she needs. so I provide that info, she then tells me that the prescription was never received by Walgreens. I asked her what that means because urgent care told me that they had sent it over. Her response was it means we don't have it, which I responded OK so what do we do from here Do I need to call them she response well, we close at 6. to be fair it was 6 on the dot... by the time I left urgent car and got to the pharmacy obviously I don't want to hold anyone at work but I also needed the medication. Recently, PHM relocated to a much larger space and has increased inventory tremendously. This is a true small business that has become successful within a couple of years through hard work, tenacity and solid business acumen. I have purchased several items from PHM for myself and as gifts for family. I tend to lean towards the essential oil blends and some of the CBD products - but there are tons of other items to choose from including clothing, books, yummy candies/snacks, protein/sports powders...even cool stuff for pets. My personal favorite essential oil blend is called "Calm Your Ass Down" (yes...I love the names of these products as well). This blend smells awesome and I use it with my pre-bedtime routine (it's a small roll-on that I dab behind my ears and on my wrists). I've also used it on especially stressful work days. This particular blend does not contain any CBD, but many other options do. I'm a big fan of CBD products in general - as long as they're high quality and the source is known. The owner of PHM is adamant about quality and purity in her products (as many of these she brews herself). Other CBD products are also available from PHM - I really like Luce Farms (a Vermont based company) and she carries several of Luce's items. Two of the other essential oil blends that Angel (that's the owner's name) sells/makes (that I've used) are: "Not Today" and "Joint Juice". Everything works as advertised and really helps with my pain relief/preventative care. I will mention - again - that PHM is truly a "boutique" that's jam packed all kinds of really interesting items. Almost everything is available for purchase via website or app (yes...there's an app for that!). So, if you're like me and living like a hermit, order stuff and ship it to your home. One more thing - Angel and PHM get involved with local community matters and are always giving back in different ways. It's been fun and exciting to watch the growth of this local small business. I was pleasantly surprised by it, and I've been buying these types of products long enough to know their inventory is legit. My only gripe would be that after asking us if we were first time customers and then explaining that because we were, they needed to scan our IDs into the system, no one explained the process of making a purchase there. It's different than any other dispensary I've been to so I was kind of lost until I watched other people and realized you have to use the tablets they have around the store to find the items you want and then place a pickup order. I chose to pay at the time of pickup using my debit card. That was a strange process as well. Supposedly (I haven't looked into it) their credit card machines work like an ATM. ATMs charge a fee, theirs is $3.00. Ok, swipe the card and they give you cash. Why are they giving me cash? The "ATM" rounds up your purchase. Why does it do that? Don't know and I don't think they did either. You'd think it would be rounded to the nearest $20 since ATMs only dispense 20's but my total was rounded up to $98 and I was given $4 and change back. My gfs total was rounded up to $28. Maybe the 8 was a coincidence. It's just an odd way to take payments with all of the options available. Next time I'm ordering online and paying before I show up. I may as well have paid $98 because I ended up with $4 in my wallet that's just sitting there. Anyway, point is that they should really explain to new customers how everything works because once you are in you are on your own. No one came around to help, and after we were there figuring out the process on our own, and then deciding what we wanted for 20-30 mins, then standing in front of the counter for another 15 mins waiting to be called we were finally asked if we were there for a pickup.

What a beautiful store! This is the nicest dollar tree I have been inside…read more Aside from the Latham Dollar Tree, this is one of the largest dollar trees as well. They have everything from cleaning supplies, organization containers, frozen foods section, helium balloons, cosmetics, bathroom supplies, arts and crafts and seasonal items. I will say the arts and crafts is a bit smaller of a selection than the surrounding stores, but the presentation and service was great. All employees were friendly and available.

As I learned by bringing my mom here, this can be a slightly awkward store to enter if you have mobility issues. Part of that, the entrance, is something they inherited when re-using this building (formerly a Rite-Aid). The entrance has an alcove with automatic doors on 3 sides. But the ramps for folks with mobility issues are on the right and left sides of the curb, and the spaces closest to the center entrance are right in front of the door. Unfortunately, the side doors were not working, signs up to indicate use the front door. But there was also a delivery guy trying to get in with items on a large dolly, and that dolly did not conveniently navigate the extremely narrow walkway space between the front spaces and the building. art of it is also the store's choice. The shopping carts have the high poles on them making it impossible to roll the cart out of the store. I get the need for this to prevent theft, but it also makes it more difficult with folks with mobility issues to get larger amounts of purchased items out to their car without assistance. The inventory was okay, though not quite what I was expecting or hoping. It was a case of not a lot of selection for an extremely wide variety of items. This included refrigerated/frozen items, and cleaning and storage supplies. The good deals were still there if you looked for them, though many items have again had their prices raised from $1.25 to $1.50. Would I come back? Absolutely. I'd just be aware of what may or may not be in stock, and possible price changes.
