I don't know as I have not had nor will I have every burrito possible, but they certainly are making a good case for being near the top of the list. The burrito was excellent. It was also premade and ready to go but was completely fresh and delicious. I plan on making special trips to eat here now, and will be telling others to check them out. Quick fast food truck service Everyone working was very nice Typical food truck decor but they have tables and chairs to eat. Panlito's is a small food truck located in the parking lot of Fire and Wine, right as you pull in. I immediately thought this was odd, unless they have some sort of partnership with Fire and Wine. Why else would you allow another eatery to monopolize your already small parking lot? And, as we walked up, we spied two rolling carts situated at the food truck's rear door. Also, one of the servers inside the truck had a Fire and Wine t-shirt on. Knew it, lol. So, let's talk about the good things first. The flavor was pretty good. We both had the Best Damn Burrito - his as a burrito and mine served in a bowl. Loved the green chili flavor. Bacon was fabulous and the hash browns that held everything were crispy too. Why just three stars? A couple of reasons. Hopefully management keeps up with Yelp reviews and will see this -las these are all very fixable. First, why not make orders when they're ordered? This would tackle food being served only lukewarm at best. My bowl was topped with packaged shredded cheese. It never melted. Both his burrito and my bowl weren't cold, but def lukewarm. This changed everything. Also, we ordered coffee, but at a smidge after 11 am, they had no coffee. As we ordered, we didn't see anyone actually making anything, and surmise that the burritos and bowls were made elsewhere, maybe at Fire and Wine and transported to the food truck on the rolling carts we spied. Not a judgment and not necessary bad, but keep the food hot. And plan for busy weekends and coffee. Easy fixes. read more

We used to frequent this truck fairly often but what a disappointment. We ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and a bean burrito with cheese and green chili. The food was lukewarm and it only traveled 2 minutes to get home so it didn't have a long wait in a car. The bacon breakfast burrito had plenty of eggs but not much else. We stopped here on a Saturday morning on the way to run a bunch of errands. We had driven by many times before and wished we would have stopped by earlier. I am partial to been and cheese burritos over breakfast burritos, so I ordered the Tree Hugger with hot chili and my husband got the The Pit. They are very good sized burritos for the price and very tasty. The regular was definitely enough for us. My husband loved the pit and the bites I had of it were delicious. I loved the crispy potatoes in the tree hugger and the cheese and sauces were awesome as well. The only issue I had was that there were very few beans in the burrito. I almost forgot it had beans in it when I was eating. Next time, which will be soon, I will get extra beans and no egg. This will be our go to place for breakfast burritos after this. read more

Excellent breakfast burrito! We popped by on our way to ski and we were happy we did. This burrito was packed full of flavor and filling. It was Large enough to save half for an afternoon snack after skiing! We ordered one of the premade ones so we didn't have to wait at all to get our Togo burritos and be back on the road. By far the best burritos by far. I probably get them 1x a week. They are my go to on the way to the mountains. They have the perfect location. The burritos are always hot and delicious. I get the build your own with pinto beans, eggs, hard browns and avocado creama. And let me tell you it's always on point. The service is also super fast. Seriously, you need to try these burritos and bowls!!! They are SO delicious! The burritos actually they mix all the ingredients first! Then stuff the tortilla. Why? I find it harder and harder to find places that stay consistent and provide the same top notch quality from visit to visit but Pablito's has yet to let me down. I've tried the Average Chad (eggs, hashbrowns, half mild/ half hot salsa, cheese, bacon), the Pit (eggs, cheese, Pinto beans, smoked pork) and both were very good but I highly recommend the third I tried: the Baddest Burrito. Period. It's just...SO GOOD! We are glad we don't live closer because it would be so easy to go weekly. Instead, we'll settle for... monthly-ish. These are bombers - either you won't have to eat until dinner or they're perfect before a hike. The Pit is also a favorite with pulled pork, scrambled eggs, beans, hash browns and sauce. And for the vegetarians, the Tree Hugger is always a hit. I've eaten several and they are all tasty, hot and rolled up waiting for you or made to order. The guys (and sometimes gal) in this food are friendly, efficient and fun. Stopped in here for a breakfast burrito this morning. I pre-ordered (super easy), and it was ready when I arrived. The food truck is in the parking lot of Abrusci's fire and vine - there's plenty of parking and picnic tables to eat outside. I went regular sized Chad burrito Which had bacon, Eggs, Hash Browns, Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese. It was super packed/good sized (very glad I did t go with the larger size). Pretty okay burritos, not nice people running the business. Ordered 2 burritos online, via Yelp's app. Pablito's is located in the parking lot of a restaurant. The guy working the cash register was super rude. He acted like they had never received my order, even though it was right next to him. I told him my order was placed online, and he told me they didn't accept online orders. Which was weird because I had already paid for it online. One of his coworkers had to intervene to hand me my order, which was indeed ready and waiting for me despite the cashier telling me they didn't accept online orders. The large burrito was about 1.3x the size of the smaller one for 2x the price. Don't waste your money. I would never go here again. I felt extremely uncomfortable with such an aggressive cashier. I have no idea what the cashier's attitude was about. (I had even tipped 20% on carry out.) read more

Fantastic. Warning the large burritos are HUGE. I ordered one since I was absolutely starving, but I could barely eat half of it. I had the tree hugger with mild chili and really enjoyed it, but did think that the chili could be hotter. Honestly, it didn't really taste like there was any chili in it, but everything else was so good that I didn't mind. The tortillas deserve a special shoutout because they were amazing! This place is hands-down the most consistent and delicious breakfast burrito I've ever had. Period. This place absolutely fills a niche that is often lacking in the market; a dedication to making great breakfast burritos and nothing else. The fact that their menu is very limited in size and options should tell you that they specialize in breakfast burritos and they are making no attempt to be a full-blown Taqueria. Amazing! The ingredients are all well prepared and mixed all together prior to them loading it into the tortilla, thus creating a burrito with a totally equal distribution of all the goodness all the way through. The perfect consistency of cheese, potatoes, meat, veggies all tightly mixed together. Additionally, there is hardly a drop of grease at the bottom of the tinfoil and they do an excellent job keeping these as "clean" feeling as possible for a burrito. The "best damn" is their marque product and they usually have a number of these freshly made, warmed, and ready to serve. Literally no wait. There's absolutely no reason to order online and then go pick it up. This isn't Amazon. Save yourself the time just go, talk to the team, get your food, be happy. Also, regarding the very few negative reviews... I'm seeing a consistent theme and I'd advise others to simply ignore these reviews. They typically consist of complaints about nit picky, preference-based, idiotic requests that quite frankly sound made up by angry low IQ morons who are better off eating at Denny's. This place is literally four dudes, making quality burritos, and having a personal connection with their regulars. This isn't some boutique, techy, let me order everything online and have it show up at my feet in five minutes, establishment. They make like four items and each and everyone of them is rocksolid. It's pretty simple. If you eat the best damn burrito and then can't or won't concur that this is truly one of the best breakfast burritos you've ever eaten... The little camper set-up they have in a parking lot makes it really convenient to grab-and-go in the morning.
