If you ever are in this area you have to try this place! OMG! Truly Mexican. We tried breakfast tortillas are all hand made! Salsas, beans, we tried Huevos Rancheros, Bacon & Eggs, Sausage and eggs, and barbacoa tacos. Everything was delicious and very nice customer service. Support Small bussiness!

We read the reviews and decided to stop in today!! It was so good!!. The young lady with glasses was very sweet and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. We got the huevos rancheros...they were amazing. The sauce is so good and the perfect spice. Their green and red salsas are very good on the beans or anything. I also got a sausage and egg burrito and a chorizo and egg burrito. They are a very good size and their tortillas ARE NOT STORE BOUGHT AND FAKE! They are wonderful fresh tortillas!! They cooks in the back know what they are doing The food is fresh, hot and delicious!!!

Authentic Mexican food. Friendly service. Quaint clean environment. Homemade fresh ingredients. Try the steak a la Mexican plate. Love the green sauce and lots of fresh cilantro! Corn and flour tortillas are homemade and well made.

Small little restaurant with thriving drive-thru business. My first visit for lunch, I was the only inside for lunch, but they had a steady stream of cars at their drive-thru window. I asked the waitress for a recommendation and I went with the Carne Guisada plate. I was a little disappointed, because the flavor was a little bit lacking. The rice, refried beans and large homemade flour tortillas were excellent. I decided to give a try to the take out items for an evening meal and all 3 were great. I ordered a chicken gordita, beef asada quesadilla and egg, bacon & cheese breakfast taco. The quesadilla was interesting because it not only had asada beef and cheese, but also lettuce, tomato and avocado. Don't think I had a quesadilla prepared that way before, but it was surprisingly good. The gordita was larger than what I was used to and very tasty. The breakfast taco was on a large burrito-size fresh flour tortilla and was great the next morning for breakfast!

I love huevo rancheros and will base a restaurant on those. This place has outstanding huevo rancheros. I will be stopping here every time I come to marble falls. I am surprised this joint doesn't have more reviews. My wife got the steak quesadilla and it was outstanding as well. This is on the higher end of authentic Mexican food in Marble Falls. Well worth the stop. Prices are really good as well.

Amore burrito! Amazing, mouth watering !!

Great food at a reasonable price. The restaurant dining area is small. The flour tortillas were huge, fresh & like a big warm blanket.

The ambience in this restaurant is great! They have a big bar area, with comfy chairs and tables in their lounge. It's separated from the dining area. There's enough room for live music, which they had on Halloween. Low lighting throughout for an intimate feel. We were greeted and seated immediately, but we were a little disappointed in the lack of attendance at 8:30 PM. We had a couple of drinks and a couple of items off of the appetizer menu, and then ultimately decided to head to Johnson City to see what festivities were going on there. The appetizer pricing seemed a little high to me ($20 each plate) but the dishes tasted good. The croquettes are really rich and cheesy. I didn't get a lot of lamb flavor from the flautas, but they were good. They also had free chicken wings and chips & salsa for their Halloween event. The wings & salsa were excellent! If we had stayed another 20 minutes, we probably could've won the costume contest ($50 prize) because we were the only ones dressed up besides the staff, but we didn't want wait until 10PM. It's a classy joint with a speak-easy kind of vibe. Give it a try!

They have local artists come in every week. The music was great and they had the volume low enough where you could still have a conversation if you wanted. The staff was so nice and attentive. They gave great recommendations of the menu. They have an good wine selection. Most of the bottles are from Flat Creek Winery. We had the 4 Horseman which was full-bodied. Definitely would recommend. The baked brie is delicious! It tastes so good with the bread. We had the lemon garlic penne with chicken. The sauce is so delicious and you can distinctly taste the lemon and garlic. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The chicken Marsala was good. Being a mushroom fan, I would have loved more mushrooms in the sauce, but overall was tasty. This was our first time at Adele's but it definitely won't be our last!

The short is the sourdough bread was just okay. I find almost all sourdough bread in TX seems to be undercooked and I'm not sure why. And all the sourdough I have experienced in TX has a different flavor than traditional sourdough bread. It also seems quite heavier than a traditional sourdough. I did ask for it be sliced but the slices were incredibly thick. Easily twice the width of a normal slice of bread. Given the heaviness of this bread and seemingly undercooked that thickness is not ideal. I have certainly had thick sourdough slices before, but those were traditional, cooked and lighter. Maybe the person could have changed the thickness but it wasn't offered. Lastly, when checking out... I was charged 3% for using a credit card. I was informed beforehand and it is displayed... but this doesn't make it okay. As a business owner myself, I know I can deduct bank charges for using a credit card. So, you are charging me 3% and you are taking a deduction from taxes. But to top it off... after charging me 3% more... the server wanted me to provide a tip! Oh, sorry... she just said "the screen is going to ask you a question". What question? Why don't you just come right out and say "I want a tip"? But tip for what? And it's $11 for a loaf of bread.
