We were on vacation a couple weeks ago and staying just outside of Marble Falls. My husband picked up breakfast to go for us, and I was so looking forward to the migas, one of my favorites. We shared a migas plate, and he ordered himself a side of bacon. I much prefer leaving good reviews, so I'll start with the good. He said the girl was very nice, and the service was very good. The refried beans were very good. The potatoes didn't "look" done at all, but they were soft and tasted okay. It seemed like they were boiled, not fried. He said the bacon was okay. The migas??? Oh my goodness, I had to pick through the (mostly dried out, tough) corn tortillas to even find a couple of tiny pieces of egg. No tomatoes, onions like normal migas plates I've ever eaten, and there were 3 slices of fresh jalapenos on top of the migas. My usual experience with Migas are nice and crispy, fresh corn tortillas with sautéed onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, and plenty of eggs so this was a different experience for us, and I wouldn't call it good. We were disappointed to say the least. I admit we did not bring it to their attention as we got the order to go and we're not from the area, and the place we were staying was several miles outside of Marble Falls so we didn't make the effort to go back. We should've brought it to their attention, but we didn't. I did notice that. most of their reviews are good, so maybe this was a one time thing. read more

It's been a bit since I've been here but I REALLY liked their breakfast burritos.. filled to the brim with the ingredients of your choice and folded to perfection.. Always served hot like they just made it and the taste is fabulous. I've not been inside at all so I can't say anything about that but the drive-through is convenient but sometimes pretty slow unfortunately.. but in my opinion it's worth the wait.. my go-to breakfast burrito is Sausage, Egg and Cheese! We read the reviews and decided to stop in today!! It was so good!!. The young lady with glasses was very sweet and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. We got the huevos rancheros...they were amazing. The sauce is so good and the perfect spice. Their green and red salsas are very good on the beans or anything. I also got a sausage and egg burrito and a chorizo and egg burrito. They are a very good size and their tortillas ARE NOT STORE BOUGHT AND FAKE! They are wonderful fresh tortillas!! Small little restaurant with thriving drive-thru business. My first visit for lunch, I was the only inside for lunch, but they had a steady stream of cars at their drive-thru window. I asked the waitress for a recommendation and I went with the Carne Guisada plate. I was a little disappointed, because the flavor was a little bit lacking. The rice, refried beans and large homemade flour tortillas were excellent. I decided to give a try to the take out items for an evening meal and all 3 were great. I ordered a chicken gordita, beef asada quesadilla and egg, bacon & cheese breakfast taco. The quesadilla was interesting because it not only had asada beef and cheese, but also lettuce, tomato and avocado. Don't think I had a quesadilla prepared that way before, but it was surprisingly good. The gordita was larger than what I was used to and very tasty. The breakfast taco was on a large burrito-size fresh flour tortilla and was great the next morning for breakfast! read more

I love huevo rancheros and will base a restaurant on those. This place has outstanding huevo rancheros. I will be stopping here every time I come to marble falls. I am surprised this joint doesn't have more reviews. My wife got the steak quesadilla and it was outstanding as well. This is on the higher end of authentic Mexican food in Marble Falls. Well worth the stop. Prices are really good as well. read more

They apparently close whenever they feel like closing. Inconsistent hours. Why bother driving across town just to see them packing up to close 30 mins early. We wont bother going back. It literally says on their electronic sign in the window that they close at 3pm and they closed at 2:30. Lame. read more

Fresh ingredients/tortillas, very nice staff, and fast service every time. Bonus points for being able to call ahead and pick up your order through the drive through, and also for being able to pay with a card vs. cash only like a lot of other places in our area. read more

Really great place. I had chicharron, bean and cheese burrito. Chicharron At the right amount of heat in the green sauce and a nice vinegary sourness. The beans were on point. Beans are probably top three beans I've ever had at a restaurant. Tortillas - I had corn and flour - there were fresh, hot, and had a very rich flavor. I would come back here anytime. read more

0 stars ! Absolutely rude people ! TOLD ME IF THEY REMADE MY FOOD THEY WOULDNT BE ABLE TO PAY BILLS! Wow!!! I asked for corn. They gave me flour. Then they wanted to charge me .75$ to remake each one. And by remake they meant just give me corn tortillas and me put the meat in myself. I argued and said how I wanted it REmade. Fresh meat and tortillas please. They kept arguing saying they couldn't do that and blah blah. I had already had a remake with them that I did not use. I told them I was nice enough to pay again instead of using my remake. They didn't care. The daughter of the owner said she owned it and did not want to help me. She said it was my fault and kept arguing when customer is always right. I don't know how it's my fault they did the wrong one. She also kept saying to make sure I say corn. Jesus I always do. I have yet to find a taco place that does tacos and salsa better than Pablitos. Most places either do one or the other good or neither at all. Pablitos does both exceptionally well. I've been coming to this place since way back when they were a little humble trailer. Staff is friendly and make you feel welcomed. The atmosphere of the place is one of the best around. My favorite thing to order are 2 bacon, egg, and cheese tacos with red sauce. I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

This tacoria was rated at almost 5 stars. Yelp reviews are usually spot on so we decided to give it a shot. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the girl working there was very sweet and professional. The food was not good at all. The guacamole was mostly onion. The rice was mushy and bland. The beans we're bland. Also, what they serve as Barbacoa is not barbacoa at all, It's roast beef. Long stringy nland roast beef. My recommendation is if you are searching for authentic Mexican food this should not be your pick. read more
