As a vegan tourist I am so thankful this business was near the Vrbo I was staying at. Ocean City is filled with candy, ice cream, and seafood. It is challenging to find vegetables and nourishing meals. I am definitely keeping this spot bookmarked for my future travels to Ocean City. I stopped by for a caffeine fix and was met with a decent sized line. I am happy plenty of people are supporting this business. The person at the register was patient and kind as I asked about making the coffee smoothie vegan. They have vegan protein powder they can add to the smoothies and the employee confirmed that the mocha syrup was vegan. I ordered a mocha smoothie, and it hit the spot! Not too sweet, thick enough to be called a smoothie but thin enough to sip through a straw, and overall delicious. I did not get a chance to try their food but was eyeballing the amazing vegan options ranging from smoothie bowls to veggie bowls and wraps. I can't wait to come back here the next time I come to ocean city! Everything was so delicious and fresh. The workers in there were friendly and the ambiance is very beach town rustic! It's a fast casual place, so you order at the register and then there is some seating inside (bar style high top) and a lot of picnic bench outdoor seating, which was perfect. I got the Maui wowi smoothie which is banana mango and pineapple. It was delicious and so refreshing after a beach day! I also got the chicken salad on sourdough toast and THIS RIGHT HERE is what I plan to come back for. The chicken salad was so delicious and topped with old bay which paired so nicely. Pricier spot but simply delicious! I tried the Neptune poke bowl with tofu and it was HUGE and great flavor. For $17 this could easily be 2-3 meals for me. Unfortunately the bowl was missing an ingredient (pickled onions, my fav) and no one let me know to sub anything else or order another bowl which was a bit of a bummer. All the ingredients tasted fresh and very seasoned. There were also some toast and wrap specials to chose from if you're looking for more savory options. We also tried the Nostrano acai bowls for dessert. Two size options with plenty of toppings and sweet yummy acai base. You can also make any of their other smoothies (or protein smoothies) into bowls for a few added dollars. Lots of options all perfect for a hot day! For a added sweet treat we also ordered a Belgian waffle to try which was just ok, but I'd opt out next time. The young men behind the counter were all helpful and quick to get the order out to us. Holy moley, Have you ever looked in Ocean City MD for a place to buy healthy food items like açaí bowls? Well I was just there and I searched everywhere for a place & I found one about to close. My husband got me there with 3 minutes to spare. I ran in and asked the woman coming out from the back if she was still open or was everything shut down for day? She told me she would make my bowl. I chose the easiest one the regular açaí bowl. They had two sizes to pick from, one was about 8oz & other one maybe 12oz. I usually get my açaí bowl at home and the size is 24oz. So I was quite surprised to see the smaller size. But I'm desperate at this point and no other places have açaí bowls or they don't advertise? As for the service-personal, friendly, patient and fast 5/5 Location 5/5 on coastal hwy Food 5/5 Ambiance 3/5 Prices 1/5 (lg bowl $17) home it's $9 The only reason I'm dropping my score is due to the high prices. Overall, pretty good smoothie. This morning I went in to get one of their acai bowls for breakfast. I got the nosara bowl, which is advertised as having bananas, blueberries, strawberries, coconut flakes and honey. The bowl was a nice size & had tons of fresh produce - definitely a healthy breakfast. Service was great. The cashier remembered my name from when I came in the day before. Both my smoothie & bowl came out quickly, even though both times they were quite busy. We love this spot. They are going to kill it in the summer. There is nothing better than something fresh and healthy like these bowls. We've had every single one and they are all great. If we had to choose a favorite it would probably be Pineapple Express. We also ask to add some greens in there (spinach and kale) it give it that extra healthy kick. They have other cool items here like kombucha, green juice, wheatgrass, energy balls and overnight oats.
