I ordered their burrito but it felt like an over grown soft taco. It literally had just meat and guacamole in it with the rice and greens laying next to it on the plate. My husband and I just moved to the area. After closing on our new home, we needed some queso and margs. This hit the spot!! I'm such a fan of white queso and am so glad theirs is just perfect. I was worried about not being able to find a good Mexican place after growing up in San Antonio, but this will be our new go to place. I ordered the drewsmoke plate and the enchilada and steak were cooked perfectly. I'm already dreaming of it. My husband ordered the taco/enchilada combo and he was just as happy. Love this place! I love the drewsmokehouse. (Fajita steak, chicken enchilada with rice and your choice of beans), i like the refried. I didn't care for the black beans Something about the broth was off for me. Food is always fast and hot and yummy! My Mom loves the Nachos and the fajitas. Place is loud and super busy. Well, we are done going here. Each time we become more and more disappointed. The to go service is incredibly slow (30 minutes for a pint of salsa and two bags of chips?!). Then last night I ordered a skinny margarita- it tasted exactly like the house margarita and my chicken enchilada was cold! The service is also slow or absent. So sad because this restaurant was a frequented place a couple years ago. I gave them lots of grace because of Covid, but it's gotten to be such bad quality. read more

This is a fairly new restaurant with staff that are just learning how to serve food. Me and the wife gave the usual chance to rookie waiters and hostesses. The food was very good. We had the enchiladas, both chicken. The wife loves the beans and rice and they had a limited desert menu but I don't think that's what they are known for. I think this is more a "trendy" bar then it is a restaurant. I give it four stars for the food and the service. Our hostess was all over us and repeatedly asked if we were ok even giving us her take on the food, recommending certain items. The one and only drawback I got from this place was the fact that it was very noisy due to the fact the there was no wall between the kitchen and dining room. I've had some good and bad experiences here. Just depends on what you order. Shrimp with the mango glaze is sometimes amazing sometimes ok. The queso is really good. Margaritas are strong. Queso fundido is horrible. The beauty in queso fundido is the simplicity. They add way too much stuff and I think they add sauce or heavy cream. It was really bad. Ribs are ok, but we're really hard to eat. Ribs imo should fall of the bone. read more

My wife had the chicken enchilladas with the crema sauce and they were excellent and frankly too generous a serving for her. Party of four, first visit. I was surprised to see how busy it was on a Wednesday night. We were greeted by a friendly staff and seated immediately. Dinning area was clean and fun. Casual atmosphere that encourages table talk and spirited conversation. Menu had ample choices and drink menu was varied. I had the fish tacos and a frozen lime margarita. Both were very good and the portions were ample. Everyone at the table had a good meal. No complaints. However, the best part of our Pablo's experience was Lester our server. He was well versed on the menu and made some good recommendations. More impressive was how friendly and welcoming he was. Furthermore, Ryan the manager took the time to meet us and was very interested in our experience at Pablo's. I highly recommend Pablo's if you want good food and a fun time.
