The result was heavy smoke damage and multiple appliances needing to be replaced. Even though a forensic expert was sent to our home by our insurance agency who confirmed KD's negligence, they have refused to cover the expenses for the smoke mitigation and appliance replacements.

We decided to explore options for an electric jackhammer. We reached out to the big box retailers which did not feel very accommodating or customer service oriented. They expected us to know what a small, medium or large jackhammer was. We also reached out to All Star Rents. They were very accommodating and explained the different options as well as how the rental process works. We rented a 60lb electric jackhammer for a 24 hour period and it was only a few dollars more than the big box retailers. The electric jackhammer enabled us to complete the digging work much faster and was far less strenuous. It was amazing to see the job done so quickly. The return process was also very easy. They even helped me unload it from our trailer. We would recommend All Star Rents!
