It is more of a personalized experience that makes you feel like more than a number. The customer service at this particular location is fine. I've never had a bad experience but they're not overly friendly either. I tend to just visit the ATM which is rarely fully occupied.

I want to support the non-corporate credit unions but they if they can't serve my needs, or have rules that detriment or harass the customers or deter them from getting their money in subtle ways, then I will go with the bigger banks and they will unfortunately fail because they are not being run right. If these systems from whoever management that makes these decisions, they will soon find out that if they don't listen to their customer and continue in this path, they will fail.

Every time I've come to this location they have always been super friendly. I walked in last week…read moreduring lunch hour and didn't have to wait in line as no one was in the bank, which was nice as I got helped right away. There is even a greeter that will welcome you in and say goodbye as you leave, and if you have any questions just walk up front and they can help you with what you need relatively quick. Also this location is in a shopping mall with plenty of parking.
