My wife and I stopped by this Well Fargo Bank today since we were shopping in the plaza this location is at and she's a member. She just wanted to withdraw some cash from the ATM. This Well Fargo Bank has 2 ATM outside and just be aware there no privacy wall to shield to hide the screen or number pad from the ATM machine next to it. This is a common thing at all ATM for Wells Fargo that I been to so I would never recommend using outside ATM unless it's an emergency due to safety and privacy. There some parking spots in the front of the bank but many more in the plaza this place is located in. I don't know how it is at night time and how bright the surrounding area is but it should be common knowledge to not use the ATM at night especially in a quiet or secluded area. read more

12/09/2025: another great experience at one of the best Wells Fargo Branches! We walked in a little after 3pm. There were only a couple of customers ahead of us and we were taken care of in minutes. My 94 year old Mom even had a chair to sit while at the window! The always friendly Walter greeted us, provided excellent service and George was also there with a beaming smile. I don't know who the angry Santa's are who are complaining.. but I welcome them to go to another branch and leave our favorites alone! We love it here! read more

Very bad branch. They have no appointments with bankers for an account set up.They go out of their way to delay the process

Complete overhaul is what would be needed to fix this place! I had a problem with my business account (it was "maybe" at risk of being closed because I only had a PO Box as the business address... the first person said it was going to take more time than she had. She said the manager was training someone and would see if she could help but came back 10 min later and said I needed to make an appointment for another day. This account is 14 years with Wells Fargo. I've had accounts there over 25yrs. I live over an hour way and this is the closest branch. They were so dismissive and unsupportive. I pulled my money out and am now sitting in a Chase branch waiting to open a new account. read more

I had a huge amount of cash to deposit in $1 and $2 bills. The young lady took my backpack through the safety clear doors and had to count out every single stack. It took over an half of an hour to do this. She smiled the whole time and was very polite and helpful. I really appreciated it. Thank you! read more

I visited this location to address a cashier's check that was sent to me four years ago, and my experience was disappointing from the start. The teller who assisted me, George, examined my mail and consulted a banker to see what could be done. He returned and informed me that I needed to either mail it or speak to a banker, so I scheduled an appointment to see a banker in a couple of days. When I met with the banker, they reiterated that I needed to mail it in and that there was nothing they can do. In addition to this, they get this kind of mail everyday. I was extremely frustrated and questioned why the teller couldn't have informed me from the beginning that the banker wouldn't be able to help. Was the teller at fault for not being exposed to how frequent these kind of letters are being brought in or is it the lack of communications? I will definitely never recommend Wells Fargo to any of my friends and families. read more

This facility is absolutely horrible! It's a small place, and it really doesn't seem like they care about the customers that come in and wait in line. The only reason why I give it 2 stars is because the male teller was very nice to me when I did my deposit. The reason why I wanted to only give it, one star is because the teller that saw me waiting in line ended up taking another customer to open a checking account. Just walked in here on a Wednesday at 2:30 ... there are only 3 people in the building . One is a guy in a suit saying hi to people just standing by the line. And the other 2 are on 1 window. Only one window is open. This place is beyond slow and the employees here want to have a conversation with every customer... I just wasted 32 mins standing in line with 4 people in front of me and 5 people behind me with one lady walking out because it was taking to long. There are 8 teller windows and only one is open. Called to make sure they had the foreign currency needed for my trip. I was informed by their agent it was not a problem, they had more than enough. Drove across town (all the way across from Canyon Country) and they were closed due to a flood. Well OK, stuff happens. Went back the next day (again it is all about time here) and they refused to sell to me because I was not a Wells customer. I have done this in the past, but was told policy changed. Why didn't they mention that on the first call? No exceptions made. Now I remember why after 20 years as a customer of theirs I left for Logix. Never again Wells Fargo. If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. I went in to deposit an international check from an account I've received funds from in the past. I was told I would be charged a fee. There was no name for this mysterious fee and I was also told that I most likely wouldn't be able to come into a branch to deposit an international check in the future. They informed me that there had been a lot of fraud with international checks and Wells Fargo would not be depositing those checks in the future. I would need to have it wired to me instead. I then called the branch to ask what the fee was for and was told it was a $75 processing fee. I was told that I couldn't deposit international checks at Wells Fargo branches again. Because the tellers there seemed unsure and I was given different information, I called the 1800 number to set the story straight. I found out that I will not be charged a $75 fee and I can go into another branch to deposit international checks in the future. It seemed to be a personal call on the manager there. Long story short, this branch is incompetent and ignorant to their own company's polices. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch. Also, just saw that the incompetence of this branch seems to be a bit of a trend now that I've seen the other reviews. read more

After a not so hot experience at another Wells fargo location, I was not looking forward to going back to re-do my entire business banking. The first Banker that helped me, didn't really give me the time of day and was acting very put off that i was there asking for help, prob taking time away from his Facebook profile. Long story short, I step into this branch for a totally different reason, a replacement ATM card and met Pam, one of the bankers. She got me in and out with a card as fast as possible. I hesitantly brought up my business woes and she walked me through what needed to be done and set up a time later that week to sort out my banking-since I didn't have time that day. She was kind, helpful & most importantly genuinely cared about my experience with her and wells fargo. She even called the next day to follow up that everything transferred over and worked out. Bottom line, great experience, and great asset to this branch and company in general, than you PAM! read more

I called to order foreign currency on a Monday. The representative stared my order would be in that following Wednesday and she would call me on Wednesday when it arrived. When Thursday rolled around and no one had called me, I gave them a call. The first time I called a representative told me that there was a delay and my money would be coming in on Friday, the next day, and the service manager would give me call. When six hours passed and I did not receive a call, I called them back. Another representative stated that only the service manager had access to see if the foreign currency had come in, which the first representative hadn't told me. He then proceeded to say that it was their audit day, and as a result everyone was extremely busy and that is why the service manager had not returned my call. He told me I could email her if I would like, however. Although I understand they are busy because of their very important audit day, I am still a long-time customer, who should be notified if my foreign currency has come in or not. I decided to visit another location where I was able to receive half of my foreign currency. I should also mention that they were able to use my temporary identification/drivers license issued by the DMV as a form of identification. While I was there the manager of both locations was notified of my situation and apologized and stated that the service manager would be contacting me. She was very helpful, professional an understood my situation. About an hour later I received a phone call from the first branch saying my currency was there, which was completely misleading from what the very first representative had told me. When I finally went to their branch to receive my money, they stated they could not use my temporary identification as a form of ID, although earlier that day their sister location had used it with no problem. As a result, I had to visit Wells Fargo three times unnecessarily because the employees there are unable to realize their policies and communicate effectively to their customers. This branch needs to be trained properly because they wasted my time, which could have been prevented if they had the appropriate knowledge to assist their customers. As a current business owner, I hope that in the future they hire more appropriate and professional representatives. With this being said, I did appreciate the single manager who recognized their wrongdoing and got the root of the problem. Unfortunately, I will no longer be visiting this Wells Fargo location in the near future, or probably ever in all honestly. Please save your time and do not order foreign currency from this location. read more

Because the staff Is so professional, I will drive a little further to bank at this branch. I've been there about 8 times and, so far, there hasn't been a long line or wait. I usually only go to wells fargo close to home but stopped here because I was working in Santa clarita. All I wanted was a simple withdrawal of funds but it didn't go as planned. All my funds where available but at this branch I was told that they would first need to check if they received the funds from the banks where the checks came from. Now I have deposited alot of check at Wells Fargo and I know that once the hold on any checks are released the funds become available. Well I guess it doesn't work that way anymore. I had a bad feeling that things where about to go wrong when the service manager that attended me at teller window asked her first question "oh your from pacoima why are you out here" so when I asked to speak with her boss I was told that everything she was doing was standard procedure and for safety reasons. I did give her my ID but I guess it wasn't good enough. They just made me feel like I was there trying to commit some type of fraud. So I didn't go through with the transaction and headed back to one of the wells fargo banks close to home. I was in and out in 5 minutes like usual and on my way. I wasn't told that they needed check and see if they received funds from other banks because I didn't have any holds on any checks and funds where available. But its a good lesson for me to stick to the places I know I will get treated right i guess I strayed to far or just to the wrong place. Not saying that this bank is like this with everyone but its just my experience here and I'm sure alot of people received good service here. read more

Sick of sales people posing as banking advisors. Went in just to make a withdrawal. After getting the run around, having to see 3 people just to get my own money. Then they decided to give the branch manager a shot at me also. He wanted to change all my accounts and promised it was best after reviewing my financial porfolio. Well, a week later I completely withdrew everything! They not only screwed up all my accounts, but tacked on fees to everything imaginable. Oh, and to close all my accounts took them 2 hours!!!! Just avoid them all together! Wonder what commission the "manager" received for screwing up my accounts. Then what did they lose when they lost all of them a week later! read more
