I had been waiting for mail to be transferred from NC , for some reason it never went through with the transfer info we gave in NC. The girl at the counter took care of it for me. My Mom needed to follow up with someone for mail to be delivered to her front door and I guess only one person does that and they weren't available.. The medical slip was dropped off months ago. And to this date nothing has been done for her.She haa put in a few calls and she is told someone will call back. I guess we will have to go in again to see what can be done to help her out.

She was incredibly rude and threw my package onto the floor because she said it was too heavy for them to take and to prove her point she picked it And dropped it. When I complained about her rudeness and how she threw my package on the ground, she said she was going into the back to call the police on me. I waited around for the police to show, but they never did. I demanded the owner's phone number and they gave me a number, but it turned out to be a fake number.
