Overall she started out a little laid back and then really pulled thru in the last 5 days. My furniture did arrive with minor damage. I could see the potential damage from the pictures they sent me but I figured they were the professionals and I shouldn't question their many years of experience. The damage was done by placing the 4 chairs on top of the dining room table that was upside down. The chair legs scratched the outsides of the dining room table. Also a 2 inch chunk was chipped off the dining room cabinet. I was disappointed but glad my furniture made it in overall very good condition. It was the first time I hired long distance carriers. They could improve a little on packing and protecting.

First time around it only printed up two BLANK pages. The guy at the counter asked if I needed help but I politely declined. I ended up calling my hubby who always prints stuff up for his work.
