She was incredibly rude and threw my package onto the floor because she said it was too heavy for them to take and to prove her point she picked it And dropped it. When I complained about her rudeness and how she threw my package on the ground, she said she was going into the back to call the police on me. I waited around for the police to show, but they never did. I demanded the owner's phone number and they gave me a number, but it turned out to be a fake number. I've used this location as a drop off pickup Access Point for sometime. The manager and the old staff of employees were always polite and friendly. However, things have changed. The new employees are beyond rude! I don't understand how they were selected, but one in particular should NEVER be allowed to interact with customers. I'm not going to point out names etc., but she knows and I know how rude she treated me today. This seems to have become a pattern with the new employees at this location. I usually shrugged off things like this, but the entire interaction with this person was so toxic, it seeped into my day. I've been using this UPS store for a few years now to ship packages. I have never had an issue and everyone I've interacted with was polite and professional. Sometimes they are busy and sometimes they aren't, you can't always expect to just walk-in and be immediately helped. Anyways, not really much else to say, the place does exactly as their services describe. I just wanted to leave my positive experiences here since there seem to be a couple of negative ones that I don't agree with. I never truly had an issue with any staff at this location as they've all seemed to be pretty polite but as far as the hours of operation they are never dependable. I've come to this location multiple times and the store would be closed without any notice. I had gone with a friend to drop off a package and specifically planned to go to the UPS store last of our errands as it said it was open until 6:30 but we arrived at 6:08 on Thursday night and they were already closed. I understand situations happen and sometimes stores need to close early but this has happened multiple times and even in the middle of the day with no note or anything. After speaking to a few people in the parking lot dealing with the same situation, this wasn't their first time experiencing this either. I guess from now on I will just be going to the gulf breeze location which is closer to home anyways. read more

I'm going to update this, as whomever responded to me chose to leave out details. There were zero signs. Had there been a sign or had he been asked as soon as he walked in, he would have worn one. The city ordinance expired prior to his visit. There are multiple news articles saying that the Mayor of Pensacola actually asked the governor to reconsider his executive order stating it couldn't be enforced. So they are trying to "enforce" an unenforceable mandate that didn't even currently exist. You also swore at him in front of our four year old who was all too happy to tell me about the rude lady who swore at dad. read more

To update my previous review: I have spoken with both the national UPS representative as well as the local representative, both maintain that it is the franchisee's responsibility to follow through with filing a claim and rectifying the situation. Both representatives for UPS, after hearing the details of the situation, have stated that I need to take further action against the store as they believe the franchise is not taking responsibility nor are they "being transparent" regarding the situation. Both agents have said that because I used this franchise, it is 100% the store's responsibility. Be wary of using this store. If the package you have entrusted to them as a representative of UPS never reaches it's destination, (to be clear, there is no record of the package ever leaving the store,) this franchise will not accept responsibility nor will they follow the proper protocol to resolve the situation. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Worst experience ever. Staff sat back on their phones while they let a new girl struggle trying to figure out and screw my packages up. Then when I started complaining they called me rude. This after asking her 3 TIMES about some packages of mine show took and stuck back in the post office without putting a label on! I asked the owners information and they give me a card. Then this rude manager says she will have her call me which of course was a lie since she did not write anything down or even get my information. It's too bad. Very friendly & helpful. Usually very busy. I would have given a five star; however, the person that waited on me printed my label and walked away with my package in her hand and the label in her other hand so I stopped her and said could you please put the label on my package. I was afraid that label & package would get separated or mixed up & my package would not get to its proper destination. read more

My son was moving from Pensacola to Norfolk and taking ten days in between to stop here in NC on the way. He sent four boxes of stuff here to NC from the Bayou Blvd UPS Store in Pensacola and moved the rest of his stuff in his car. The first three boxes made it here with no problem. The final box was taken by a cashier at that store named Jonathan. He refused to let my son see the label that he insisted on placing on the box. It should have been a simple job of using the same sender address and receiver address of the previous three boxes and he charged an amount that reflected a distance like the previous three. However, he created a label that had the same sender and receiver. Thus the box was delivered on July 5 to my son's empty apartment door - 2 miles from their store. The store refused to do anything about this at all and got very rude and nasty when we called trying to track down the box. UPS claims that these stores are franchised and therefore they also do not care to make this right. Fortunately the office staff from Chapin's Landing where he lived picked up the package. Unfortunately, he will be expected to pay an additional shipping to get that mislabeled box up to Norfolk. The store has a very irresponsible staff and a very irresponsible manager. But this one was so close, I took a chance and went and saw them in person. Lucky that I did! I found out they have new owners! This is my go-to store for any packing/shipping/printing/faxing/notary/etc. needs. It is in a convenient location. The staff are wonderful, all very friendly and helpful. They happily assisted me with my orders and fingerprinting, and continually complimented me and conversed with me throughout the whole process. Pretty disorganized and unhelpful. I received 3 different answers to the same question when I went in there 2 days in a row and called ahead once. None were very helpful or full of information. In the end, I halfway got what I needed from them and was charged $11 for it. read more
