When tipping is no longer my or others choice, don't be surprised customers are going to feel indignant. Cubby's system, at least at this location, is automatically set to give a tip. Make sure you select "no tip". Yes- I agree, I should've made sure, but it's set to give a tip as you're about to check out. A more appropriate approach is to have the system set at "no tip". This allows the customer to determine if "the service" provided was sufficient to be rewarded a tip. Lastly, I didn't feel it was appropriate to walk up to the staff and say, "I want that tip refunded"... as they're making my food.

I let them know what the name for the order was and was told it would be out in a second. I waited patiently with around five other doordashers that had been waiting for over 20 minutes, and watched as some lady's order got taken by the wrong person. She came up to the counter a few minutes later asking where it was, the employees just told her to hang on. She waited for a good 15 minutes before they brought out a new order. I was asked a few times to repeat what the name was for my order, each time being told "it'll be right out", and then another 5 minutes go by and the man with red hair tells me my order has been picked up by someone else and there is nothing they can do. Even though I had watched them replace and comp the lady next to me's order. I asked him what I was supposed to do, his tone became condescending and he told me to just click the button on doordash. I was frustrated and trying to understand why he couldn't just remake the order like he did for the other customer, I mentioned that I had just stood there for 30 minutes and his only response was "that's not my fault, bye" in the same condescending and belittling tone. I was shocked for a second before I turned and walked out. I understand being busy and stressed out but I will never understand speaking to someone like that. Will never suggest eating here.

The service was also not great. The person who took our order seemed dismissive. They didn't explain the additional charge of extra sauces, so I ended up going inside the restaurant, even though we went through the drive-through to get a better explanation of why they're charging for sauces when we supposedly ordered a combo. The food is what saved this place because it was pretty tasty.
