It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Friendly and knowledgable, he works hard to make sure you understand what he's doing, and is professional and polite at every step along the way. Rating would be negative if I can do that…read more LA Tow is AAA's primary towing contractor in metro LA. Must be because it's cheap. My car was in an accident and not driveable. Call AAA at 10pm to request a tow, LA Tow was assigned and provided a 45 mins estimate. 43 mins later, tow company called and said they "got busy" and will now be another 45 mins. At that point, I called AAA dispatch back and requested a new tow company to be assigned. AAA said they would check with tow company to verify ETA. Another 45 mins past and tow company says it will be another 45 mins. I called AAA back and they finally said they will look for another tow company. I even explain I am on a deserted road with no street lights, not walking distance from anywhere safe to wait except inside the car and no toilets nearby. While this was ongoing, I called roadside service provided by my credit card company and was assigned a different tow company. That tow company gave me a 30 mins ETA and the tow truck arrived on time. At this point, it was 12:40am!! Do not use LA Tow, they overbook and will take jobs from higher paying customers and leave AAA customers to wait for hours. I am also cancelling AAA as this is the second bad towing experience I've had from AAA.
