I found this place because Red Carpet Carwash was closed today for an employee memorial and the Bellagio carwash reopened but is now an express wash. I needed a detailing/cleaning place. I was warmly greeted by Tracy and he was super honest and upfront with what I wanted for my car interior detailing. He gave me a fair price and time estimate, I left my keys with him and walked to you the shopping center 3 blocks up for a late lunch before my 3:30pm appointment. I came back 45-50 minutes later and my baby car looked immature. Tracy and his team member completely exceeded my expectations!! The exterior looks amazing and they literally removed 98% of the Golden Retriever hair in my car. This place is s lot closer to my place and Tracy was super loveable. They really restored the headlights, clearing all the yellow and cloud haze off the headlights on my 2017 Civic that I have to park in the sun at work. They restored it so quickly, within 15-20 min of time. Was recommended to bring my car here to remove / buff out some superficial scratches above the front wheel well as well as to repair significant scratches and gouges to the wheel. I knew that the scratches on the car could easily be buffed out but was not optimistic about the wheel and expected to buy a remanufactured or new one. Very friendly and really have a lot of pride in their work. Our back windshield was really bad from having sap on it from our neighbor's encroaching tree that was overhanging our parking space. The damage was at least 3 years old - we tried to remove it many times. We took it to two other auto detailers that said nothing could be done. We were resigned to just replacing it, the previous cleanings made it better but there was still residue. They completely restored it - no stains and no foggy residue. My 2017 Subaru Forester developed an oil leak after its last oil change. Before I took it back to the shop that did the LOF, I thought it was time for an engine cleaning - top and bottom. I was referred to Pacific Auto Cleaning, and am so grateful I was. Tracey helped me, and was so kind and clear about the process and price. I'm an older woman who has zero knowledge of auto mechanical things, and live on a very fixed SS income. Imagine you're on the freeway with a kid in your back seat. He says, "Auntie, I think I'm going to throw up." To which, I reply, "I can't pull over, stick your head out the window!" Bad. Idea. The vomit he meant to land outside my vehicle was pushed by the wind with extraordinary force back into my backseat. There was puke all over the back of my NEW ride - the seats, the back window, the carpet, the speakers!!! It was horrific! Picture a baby pig blowing up in the car. A nightmare. I got what I could out on my own that night. But, I knew I needed professional help. The next day, after doing a Google search of "detail shops near me", I found a place that was still open after 5pm. It was the ONLY one open that late in the area. There, I met Tracy. He restored my poor backseat to pristine condition. He was meticulous and got every bit of evidence that there had ever been such a disaster. I just had another stellar experience with Tracy at Pacific Auto Cleaning. A few weeks ago, a bone-head neighbor was parked against his garage in the common driveway, blocking easy access to my garage. So, I scraped the driver's side against the garage frame pretty bad. After a bad experience at Rock n Roll car wash I took my car to Pacific auto Cleaning. I asked them to buff and wax the exterior, restore the grille and also to detail the engine bay. The engine bay looks great and the exterior paint is really smooth. I paid to have the grille painted, however, all they did was apply dressing and told me not to touch it for at least 24 hrs. There was also black overspray on the front bumper. I had to use Scotch brite to get it off. That bit of dishonesty bumped my review down to 4 stars. read more
