My 2014 Honda Accord was overdue for a full detail, just before its 3rd bday. I visited Mark shortly after I bought my car, to remove a paint transfer from another car. He removed it quickly and didn't charge me anything. I have been meaning to come back sooner, for a detail and wax. Mark gets booked up pretty quickly, so I just planned it out in advance. I drive Lyft and Uber off and on, and I also did Doordash for 6 months. Over that time, dirt built up under the seat, spilled coffee, etc... Mark made the inside of my car look new! It shined like I drove it off of the lot! I opened the hood and that was all clean and shiny too! I had a few things in my center console and in the trunk, so I told Mark he could skip those areas. When I called Mark, he answered the call and gave me such a great quote that I hired him on the spot. Other places were given me a higher quote. I was taught by a professional Car Detailer back in the days regarding using clay to smooth out the auto body. When I drilled Mark with several questions, he was friendly and professional. I can tell he knows his job because he mentioned "clay" work when detailing cars. It was the magic word I was waiting for him to say. I guess it's my way of testing if he is legit. This is my THIRD update. Once again, I asked Mark to come wash, wax, and polish my car. He's great! He works hard to make his customers happy. Mark fit me in his busy schedule, and he came on the day/time I requested! I feel it's important to give a little background on my situation. Mark and Luis have worked on both of my cars. One of those cars has sentimental value to me. The car was owned by my father who passed away three months ago. I attempted to wax his car myself, however, I managed to create swirls in the paint during the process. I was extremely upset, and I did not think any of those swirls could be removed. In addition to the swirls, Mark removed not one but THREE (YES, THREE!) very large scratches from the back of my Audi. I estimate the scratches to measure roughly six inches each. I could not help but become emotional upon seeing the exceptional outcome of Mark's workmanship. This man loves what he does, and he loves his customers. My 2006 RAV4 is now looking fly thanks to Mark. Such great attention to detail and a true passion for his craft. Even the engine was cleaned! I lost in a fight with a green dumpster about a year ago...and was left with a sizable streak of green paint on my bumper. He was able to get it all out. Not a single shred of evidence left. He also made sure to point out some safety concerns, such as some film that was on my front windshield (that he was able to remove), possible need for a break check-up and my sometimes foggy headlamps (that he cleaned). My car looks amazing!!! Mark just left about a half hour ago and boy did he do an amazing job. Inside and out. Engine block to interior of trunk, it all looks better than new. Based on the Yelp reviews, I figured I'd give Auto Magic a try. My car wasn't in horrible shape, but it had been months and I had parked under a few trees, so thought I'd try. I sent an email through Yelp and within less than an hour I received a reply. We quickly set up an appointment for the following week and he arrived exactly on time. He had all of his own equipment I just needed to supply a hose hook up and electrical outlet. I did the complete hand detail and if you want your car to look like new, I recommend this. In addition, at the end of the job he let me know he also checked various things on the car (especially related to tires) and confirmed I was in good shape. Ill try to keep this review short. But I can talk about Mark and his detailing for hours. I would like to start off by saying that Mark is one of the most down to earth person I have ever met. I watched him detail my car for 5+ hours and there was never a dull moment. The dude is AWESOME! His detailing skills are impeccable. He details every spot on the car, from the exterior to the interior. The car looked stunning, the scratches were gone, restored my headlights, and the leather seats looked great. After the detail, my 2002 Z3 looked like it just came off of the lot. And when I drove the car for a spin, almost everyone was staring at it. I hired these guys based on their high ratings on Yelp. I was a little disappointed. No problems with their service. They were responsive, on-time, hard working. But I was wasn't fully satisfied with the results. I have a 2008 Saab, black exterior, in good condition. I hired a full detail, $150. When they were finished the car looked clean and shinny from a distance, but up close there was a lot of water spots and other imperfections that I expected would have been buffed out. The interior looked good though. All in all a good job, but not to my expectations based on the price and the other reviews. Wow what a great company. I have a 1957 Triumph TR3 and I'm a little fearful of anyone screwing up the paint. Well Mark came out himself on a Saturday morning and styled my car. He was also a wealth of information on maintenance tips regarding the top, the side curtains, and the chrome. Not to mention he did a great job working on all the rubber parts etc.... My almost 12 year old car has gone from the east coast to the west coast and has picked up some scratches and dings along the way. Recently, I scratched my car backing into my garage (ugh) and I wanted to see if an auto detail would do the trick. I contacted Mark to schedule an appointment and he fit me in the next week (definitely book in advance because Mark is popular). I dropped my car off at 7 AM (I don't have a driveway) and a couple hours later my car was ready and looked AMAZING! I got the same butterflies in my stomach that I got when I bought my car new back in 2004. Mark and Luis did a wonderful job buffing and waxing out scratches (keep in mind that if the paint is too badly compromised, there's no amount of elbow grease that can fix it without requiring a paint job). The attention to detail was stellar...every inch of my car was clean and shiny. The interior looked fantastic and they even cleaned under the hood. Although this was my first experience with Auto Magic, I already feel like I can trust my car in his hands. I really appreciate his genuine love of cars and willingness to help with car-related referrals (auto body, tires, etc.). Mark is the real deal. I waited a week and a half for an appointment, and it was totally worth it. He detailed a Toyota Camry that I inherited that had some serious stains in the leather seats, staining on the carpets, a smell from food being left in it, and an ecological system of leaves and debris under the hood. When I got it back, not only was it gleaming inside and out, but he got out 99% of the stains (and the one or two small ones he couldn't remove completely are SO much better - they had just deeply penetrated the leather and will take a bit more than a detail.) Best of all...the smell is completely gone! There also was some sandblasting on the windshield that made it hard to see when the sun hit it. I don't know how he did it, but he got that out as well and it looks like a new windshield to me. He also gave me some great referrals for honest auto vendors as I go for a tune-up, etc. since I'm new to the area. Can't recommend Auto Magic highly enough! read more

My poor little bug has been around the block a couple times but it still has a few more years in her. You can't tell though because these guys make her look brand new every time! Just used their service today. They came around 845 am. Finished around 1220 noon. My car is about 6 years old hatchback.. I do my own auto detailing in the past years. I pretty much almost have all the equipment to keep the inside, outside and ingine, the tires ,underbody area clean and shiny but my car became the utlility car for howling gardening supplies, equipments, I have 5 small dogs, my sister splilled dog food etc etc And so the dust and fur and dirt, inside starts to accumulate since I cant get to them plus by back problem. I did not wash my car for a month since I was going to have this service done. I pretty much removed all the extra supply out of the car and washed the original mat/capet in the washing machine , yes I still have the original mats. Outside result: 4. stars Cleaned and shined the car the same as I can do it except for some detail. INside Result:: 4.stars Cleaned it 35-40% more as I can do. He lceaned the seats well, took some stains out. . Since some dog hair are embedded in the carpet, it was still in some area. There areas that are missed , the bucket seat are foldable and there are still tons of dried stuff behind it while I was placing the new seat covers. I have to clean it myself . There were still gross dog food here and there in the extra tire compartment which I probably missed many moons ago. Well at least I didnt have to turn myself upside down trying to clean my car this time. My review is basing on how I can do it but then again I would meticulously spend almost 5-6 hours getting the car is a good state so my review is very strict. Will I use them again? I am not sure. Since I dont usually use this service , maybe if my back aches more again lol read more

I had mark detail our cars a few years ago and forgot what an amazing job he does. He did such a good job on our 2003 Accord and made it look like new that we had him come back the next day to do our 2008 Honda Odyssey Mini van. The amount of detail he does was above and beyond what my OCD in cleaning could have asked for.
