Went to this place for the first time this afternoon. We spent $60 on a car wash for our 2019 Honda Pilot and I am disgusted by the lack of care and frankly the fraud to call themselves a car wash. We came home and spent so much time cleaning a car that supposedly they did. They didn't lift the back seats to clean them. The cup holders were not touched and the seats were still filthy. We go to the beach a lot and I would be ok with some sand left over as I know it's hard to remove but the back row floor board was not even touched. If I'm paying extra because of an SUV or for a third row I expect the third town to be included in the cleaning. The side of the seats were not touched. Even the rims looked awful. We need a full wax but I will not be back to this place. I'll spend my money elsewhere. It should be embarrassing to this owner to see this lack of professionalism. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I pulled into this car wash because the sign CLEARLY said $45. After waiting around for way too long while they acted completely disorganized, the lady comes up and tries to charge me $50, claiming "Oh we need to change the sign." Uh, what?! That's not my problem. If your business can't keep up with your own pricing or signs, maybe you shouldn't be in business at all. It honestly felt like they were making it up as they went along. No structure, no professionalism, just bad vibes and worse service. If your team doesn't even know how to communicate prices properly or do the basic math of updating a sign, how are we supposed to trust you with our cars? Save your time, money, and sanity. Went up a notch to the $170 deep clean (interior detail) because truck needed refresh after multiple road trips. Inclusive 30 fee for larger suv size. Budget about 1-1/2 hour - they assigned to full time guys. Basically this included the 90 standard price plus 70 for the interior. Bathrooms are clean. The 70 is inclusive leather shampoo and treatment. Results were worth the money. Budget cant abide these treatments on the regular, but maybe twice yearly. read more

So we got a new car and I came here because we used to take my husbands truck here. The car we have is brand new. We have not taken it to the wash til now and it seems like there's a few new employees. They scratched up our brand new car....scratches ALL over the car. To add to it, there were water marks everywhere, they didn't dry it properly and they said they put a protective coating on the vehicle....theres no protective coating. So upset to see I came to this car wash because I wanted a full detail they explained to me their packages so I got the $50 package. I get in my car there is trash everywhere it was not vacuumed right and there was all this trash. I speak to a manager and explained verv nicelv the situation and he proceeded to respond very rudely stating "it seems like you have kids" in a very rude way once again, and states to say "you take out your own trash and then we will vacuum it". If I was another expecting customer I would rather take it to the drive thru machine and vacuum it myself if I knew this would be my experience. How upsetting and horrible experience. I was the only car being washed at the time and for $135, so I'm not sure why this took over 2 hours and still looked dirty interior and exterior. I had minimal tree sap on car and they could not even remove it for that price. There was still dog hair on the seats and floor, I asked for shampoo seats and it looked like they glossed inside my car with minimal work. Located off Artesia Bl in Lawndale. Finally found a hand car wash with no track or huge brushes. I've always drove by this place not even giving it a second look. I think I found my place for my lowered ride. The guy (I didn't get his name) who explained what all you get with the packages I was planning to get package 1 but for 5 bucks more I ended up getting package 2 for the spray wax to see how it came out. They are a bit pricey but l like other places charge extra for armor all tires and other things so this place had most of them all in the package. Overall they did a good job and it was pretty quick I was satisfied and I'll come back again. read more

I'm visiting California from Arizona and recently I scraped the side of my car on a garage door. There was white paint and superficial scratches. I have a 2011 Honda Accord which is in good condition with a somewhat worn paint job. It definitely needed some detailing. I highly recommend Excellent 100% Hand Car Wash for detailing. I dealt with Raul who was very helpful. We negotiated a fair price to detail the inside and outside of my car. When I went to pick it up there were a few things that needed to be done but overall it looked great! The front headlights needed to be detailed a little bit more, since they were still a slight bit foggy, and Raul went out of his way to polish and buff the headlight covers. The exterior had some water rust built up on it from a leaky pipe in a parking structure. I was losing pride in my ride and while there was no package narrowly tailored to my needs , we did a walk around + inspection and agreed on a super fair rate for the work Returned 90 minutes later to what felt like a brand new vehicle. What really upset me was that they took it upon their self to steal all my quarters out my car that I used to wash & for parking. Overall the customer service is good. Courteous staff and attentive to accommodating you. However, here's some operational things to consider improving: Use clean dry towels to dry off each car . Especially when cleaning inside . My car smelled like a "damp rag" inside. I paid for the "deluxe" #1 and wasn't even offered a fragrance (I usually turn it down , but appreciate you I asking me what scent i prefer since i paid for it) At the end of wash, walk around client's car for a final inspection. I had to point out all the wet spots. Use better soap. For a 100% handwash, I expect higher grade soap. Like Meguiars, chemical guys, Mothers, Adams, etc) don't get the cheap stuff , especially if I'm paying $30 (plus tip) for a basic wash. I believe this place can improve if the manager can sit down and adjust some priorities, talk to his most loyal and trusted employees to roll out a vision for this company . If they want it to thrive and be a true excellent place people will want to return to, they HAVE to have these things in order read more
