He then says he will need to ask if it would be ok. So my son and I waited. He comes back and says that because we don't have an account and the bank "doesn't have enough cash" he is unable to break my $20. Now, I've worked as a teller as a first time job out of high school & I know that's a bunch of bull. Thank goodness there was a kind enough customer waiting along with us and offered to break my $20. The thought of even opening an account with this institute after this experience would be a joke! Just because it's a sketchy area, doesn't mean EVERYONE is sketchy that walks into your branch.
