This is a church that understands the reality of Christianity in every day living. They have a ministry called Project 25 Compassion Ministry. Siempre Para Los Ninos, a children's home in Mexico, rescues children in need and provides shelter, food, medical care, education and love for abandoned, abused and neglected children. Pacific Coast Church, through Project 25, has helped the ministry of Siempre in untold ways. First, they sent their youth to be friends with the children. Next, they helped raise funds for the smallest of our neglected children, the babies. They provided sponsorships for the babies and their members have become involved in the well-being of each child. In addition, this wonderful group of people provided the funds to re-roof our buildings, helping to keep the kids protected from the rain and wind. Recently, they raised funds to provide beds for the children. For all they have done, we are so very grateful. Siempre would be lost without this church's influence. However, the very most important aspect of their relationship with Siempre is the building of friendships between the people of Pacific Coast Church and the children and staff of Siempre. The members of the church have gone out of their way to help us in ways we never dreamed of -- and long after any organized effort, they continue to give their talents and gifts to the children, These people live Jesus. They ARE His hands and feet. And Siempre is so very blessed because of their ministry. My only regret is that I don't live close enough for this church to be my own home church. Having been a Christian now for 20 plus years and being very familiar with what God's Word teaches makes me so appreciate this church. I have attended a few churches in my life time with some very gifted Bible teachers. I have to say what i really appreciate about Pacific Coast Church is its realness and transparency. I really appreciate how the Pastor takes the Bible and brings the point of the bible teaching to reality of what does it need to look like in my life. I have walked away every week thus far with 2 points of something that I can do and step into. I find its a real gift to be able to take a theological principle and turn it to a real practical way of living and doing. Personally I am feeling very blessed to have landed here. Also love the mellow and very friendly environment. I suppose i shouldn't be surprised since its in San Clemente:) My child just finished their summer program called VBS and loved it. So cool to see how many parents helped out and even staff. She came home not only learning about loving God and people, but also having had a week full of amazing water games, food fights, etc...all the stuff that makes camp great from what I remember as a kid! I have been to several churches in South Orange County since graduating from college many years ago. Out of them all, PCC has the most authentic, solid, Biblical teaching of any around, paired with the most amazing people. They are my family, my friends, and have been a support through many trials I have been through in my life. I have been attending for the past 9 years, and even though I spent 2 years in Colorado, I still made it a point to come back and visit whenever possible. The pastoral staff has a heart for being true shepherds, and build into your life as much as you will allow them to do so. The church isn't a "mega-church" so getting to know people is easy if you are willing to participate. The community groups are amazing, and the children and youth programs are awesome! I must say. . .we have the best VBS around! I love this church, the people, the teaching, the worship, and the ministry opportunities they offer through Project 25 which allow us to minister to our very own community in practical ways! If you are looking for a church that teaches truth, and shows the authentic love of Christ, this is the one to check out! I can't say enough good things about this church! I've been attending with my husband for 5 and a half years. Pastor Mark and his wife Susan are the real deal, they are genuine, humble, wise people who love Jesus. They truly care about the congregation and are actively involved in the lives of the people who attend. The teaching is great, very practical and I've learned so much here. Pastor Mark teaches the Bible in a way that is easy to apply to daily life. He even provides daily devotional questions for people who want to study throughout the week. The worship band is fantastic, best around! I'm constantly impressed by how this church cares for it's own people and is also involved in local and global missions. The children's ministry is also excellent and has done a wonderful job of caring for my three kids over the last few years. One of my kids used to be very shy and the children's ministry leaders have always made her feel loved and comfortable - she loves going to church now! PCC is an amazing, compassionate church. They really care about the people in our community and go out of their way to partner with organizations that serve those needing practical help and the love of Christ. I'm part of the Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) in San Clemente, and we value our partnership with PCC. When we have a need, they're there to help. Whether it's co-hosting a Sunday brunch for our mommies-to-be, offering their campus to us for PRC volunteer training, or passing out baby bottles on Sanctity of Life Sunday to help us raise funds to keep our Center open, PCC is always there to help. It really made an impression on on me when the pastoral staff took a position and introduced our ministry to their congregation through the sharing of PRC client testimonies, and partnering with us to talk about purity and the sanctity of life to their Jr. High & High School students. God is working at PCC to help save lives - both the unborn and eternal lives through Jesus Christ. Thank you PCC! read more

Great Church and a HUGE blessing to our family!! We were part of this Church for 4 years until we moved out of South Orange County. If your in the surrounding area, you can't go wrong with getting plugged in with the body of Christ at this Church. We definitely miss PCC!! This church was a blessing to our family because the truth of God's word was spoken into our lives, we were able to do life and connect with other families and friends, a place to experience God's healing and his grace, every time our daughter enjoyed her Sunday class, and one of the biggest blessings was so many opportunities to serve and be God's hands and feet. There are a lot of great churches in San Clemente who are preaching the glory of our lord and savior. PCC keeps it real... we open the bible and dig in (not a lot of personal interpretation, just simple straight forward education). Pastor Mark and Dan have always challenged us to read the bible and hold them accountable.... my family has flourished under its leadership and love of God. The Children's Ministry is top notched... my kids love going to church. What has really blessed our home is our community groups, and this is highly encouraged at PCC. When I first started I always thought about what "I would get out of it", but what I learned is how much we are helping each other grow in so many "real ways". read more

My husband and I attended this church for 3 years while we lived in San Clemente and we have never felt more at home in a church. PCC is the most welcoming church we have ever attended. We now live in a different state and dearly miss our church family. Pcc has some great volunteering opportunities and has tons of great small groups to get involved in. Their kids programs are great and the youth team is so full of energy. The pastors are all great but the lead pastor in particular has a wonderful gift for being honest and open while delivering great biblical sermons. Plus there's donuts and coffee every Sunday. Pacific Coast Church is an awesome ministry partner with Teen Challenge in Orange County. The chuch body cares and has a heart for those who are struggling with addictions. PCC as part of their Project 25 outreach has provided mentoring to our students, meals for our staff and interns in San Juan Capistrano and has partnered in various outreach events in our community. Teen Challenge recently visited Pacific Coast Church and were overcome by an out pouring of love. Over fifty people signed on to volunteer and gifts cards for 72 children for shoes were donated. I am someone who has attended PCC for 15 years and am now on Staff at Teen Challenge. I love PCC! read more
