it was my worst experience with the dental work here. The shot was too strong and fast and it was said it was done correctly. the quality is very poor. I needed to do the root canal right after the crown. The dentist took very long time to shape the teeth and that was even done by the assistant. Poor quality, Hungry for money of the patient and poor communication via phone even though I needed to go to the other emergency dentist. Be careful! read more

Every tooth feels special now! Just had Maria and the DDS Navneet Sekhon take great care of my teeth. It was just a basic cleaning and they did such a great job with Covid-19 prep. If you are in need of a dentist that's talented and caring I am going to recommend Pacific Coast Dentist! They sent me a Covid questionnaire in a text that was super simple and made me feel safe. They also had me call when arrived in the parking lot so I would not be in the lobby with other patients. Great practice! Way to go Doc! read more

Awesome place to keep my teeth clean! I've been coming here since I moved to the area and I've always felt great about my choice. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The Hygienists & Dentist are amazingly gentle while still being very thorough. I've had dentists that have made me feel guilty for not flossing after every meal but my experience at this office has been the complete opposite. I spent the last few months communicating and comparing fees with 6~8 well-reviewed dentists in Bellevue. Some do not even care to answer your email and some have much higher fees than others for the same procedure. After much research, I chose to transfer my whole family to Pacific Coast Dentist (Susie did a fine job answering my emails!). It was my 1st appointment here today. Everything and everyone was nice. The chair that I sat on during my cleaning was giving me a gentle back massage the whole time -- what a pleasant surprise! The teeth-cleaning tool Dr. Crowley used on me was the newest thing I have ever seen & experienced. She put vaseline on my lips twice -- once at beginning, once in the middle of cleaning -- and I must say, the vaseline was a very thoughtful touch, even though I was just having a routine cleaning. I remember I had to ask for it at my old dentist when I was having a crown done. Dr. Crowley also advised me about wearing my night guard. I didn't get the impression she was trying to recommend any unnecessary work. On a side note, I usually prefer people who don't chat too much when they are giving me a service. Being friendly is good, but too much chatting might take away the provider's attention from their work. As I am a stickler for quality, I will say Dr. Crowley does an excellent job. read more

My wife and I finally got around to picking a dentist after moving here, and ended up picking Pacifc Coast Dentist at random off a list provided by our insurance carrier. Turns out we made a good pick. We just went in for our initial examination and were really impressed. The office is comfortable and the staff is friendly. We got in at our appointment times and the hygenist was quick and personable. The rooms had tvs mounted on an arm above the chair, so all I had to do was sit back and relax. Dr. Crowley came in after the xrays and took a look. It had been a couple of years since I had been to the dentist, and she took the time to listen to all my questions, and I felt I got honest answers. I didn't get the impression she was trying to "upsell" or recommend any unnecessary work. After the exam my wife and I both got individual treatment plans to look over with pricing information. Dr. Crowley and her staff have ruined me for other dentists. Her caring nature, communication and quality of service are just a few of the things that set her a part from the rest. You feel that she genuinely cares more about your health and less about booking more and higher end procedures. On my first visit I was very nervous as I had not been to the dentist in years and I knew they where going to find some issues that needed to be dealt with. As I said she communicated what problems she was seeing as well as what needed to be done to make sure I don't come back too often. She actually said "Ok these are the steps I want you to take.... She is the sweetest and professional dentist I've been to, when I come to the office she almost always works on me which is not the case for many dental places. 1. Had a crown installed from this place and it fell off in 2 years. Dr Sekhon said it was my teeth's problem. She said I need to build a bridge and come back to pay for another crown. Previously, they told me my crown could be good for about 10 years. I went to another dentist (voted top dentist in Seattle) and she said it was not necessary for a bridge at this point. 2. The crown was warranted for 5 years. Before I went to the dentist to glue it back, I double-checked with the front desk to make sure there is no charge. When I came out of the office, they asked for my insurance information. They told me they would charge insurance only and I wouldn't need to pay anything. I was surprised that they balance billed me anyway. When I confronted them, they told me the warranty was not in writing. If I had known they had lied about the charges, I would have gone to a more trustworthy dentist. They had already lost my trust during the first experience when I had the crown installed (temporary tooth kept falling; went a few times to get the crown adjusted etc.) 3. I think this place probably is OK for teeth cleaning. Can't trust them for any complicated dental work!! read more

Dr. Crowley and the staff at Pacific Coast Dentist are a joy to work with. They take genuine interest in their patients and are very friendly. They do their best to make you feel at ease (let you watch whatever you'd like on TV for example). Dr. Crowley is perhaps the sweetest dentist I've had. I've referred numerous friends to her, and in return she gives me movie passes to Lincoln Square Cinema (very handy for date nights lol). I'm really struggling to think of something I don't like about Pacific Coast Dentist. Maybe sometimes when the hygienist cleans my teeth it can be a bit rough, but I think that just means they are doing a good job of cleaning and also that I'm a bit of a pansy?
