Terrible Experience - Ended in a $1,600 Garnishment I went to Dr. Kelley Fisher's office in 2023 for a routine cleaning for myself and my son. It seemed like a nice office, and they advertised as a top-rated dentist. We had normal cleanings and standard X-rays -- nothing special or unusual. Shortly after, I received a bill for $900. I've had dental insurance my entire life and have never paid out of pocket for cleanings. I called the office immediately, and they said insurance only paid a small amount. I explained this had to be a billing error and was told they'd look into it. I never heard back again and assumed it had been resolved. Fast forward 2 years -- I find out $1,600 was garnished from my paycheck. I was shocked. Turns out they sent this to collections and filed a judgment without my knowledge. I never received any legal notice, even though they had my correct address. They claim I was "served" through a minor at my house -- not even legally permissible. I now have a wage garnishment on my record over a cleaning that should've been fully covered by insurance. This experience has been humiliating and financially damaging. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic decency -- I strongly suggest avoiding this office. read more

Dr. Fisher is amazing at her work. I have had many traumatic experiences with expensive dental work and initially came into her office feeling defeated. However, from the start, Dr. Fisher and her team have been everything I didn't know I was looking for in a dental practice. They have been kind, patient, and most importantly, transparent. I've been Dr. Fisher's patient for over 10 years now and she is the best. I've had old silver fillings replaced, crowns and retainers, and she is caring, gentle and does great work. Her hygienists are thorough and pleasant during cleanings. Once, when I had a concern about a service, she was very receptive and addressed the issue immediately. She offers Netflix in the chair for long procedures, and you can add Botox services to appointments. She stays up to date on trends and technology and has a holistic approach to dental and overall health that I appreciate. read more

My crown came off this morning and I'm supposed to leave for a week-long trip tomorrow morning to a remote location. Dr. Kelley Fisher very generously squeezed me into her schedule today to put back on my crown. Their office is conveniently located and is very glamorous. Their front desk people were really nice and super professional and organized. The dental assistant was very knowledgeable, gentle, and personable. They had imaging tools that I had not seen before and were very thorough in taking pictures of the area from different angles. The dentist was awesome and did a great job of explaining why it popped off and discussed a plan of attack due to some other dental issues they noticed. I have received exceptional treatment and service from day one to current, zero complaints. I've been going there for 6 years and no changes have occurred. When I came in there were some red flags from previous treatment that we needed to tend to. Dr. Fisher got me setup with a tooth guard as my teeth had been ground to nubs in places. Although this wasn't a dentist issue, Dr. Fisher helped me with facts rather than opinions with mouth ulcers I was dealing with at the time (food allergies) and got me some mouth rinse that helped with the situation. I agree with the other review about Jennifer being exceptional in the work she does and is always very pleasant. I agree with the other review that I do not feel there is a sense of selling anything. In fact, I feel like there is always a sense of reality that when we discuss treatment needs we consider the situation of what insurance has to offer today vs. next plan year, urgency (must we deal with this immediately?) and priorities (if necessary). Not that I need any heavy treatment usually, but I always feel the all directions we've taken are reasonable. Yes, you hear 'we' often phrased here because I feel like I am a bit part of the process in that they are not talking down or about me but rather with me for making decisions. Dr. Fisher and the entire office are always a delight and helpful. I would highly recommend this dentist and team for any situation. read more

I don't have enough good things to say about this office. I was searching for a new dentist and when I called Dr. Fisher's office they were SO sweet on the phone and scheduled an appointment for me a couple of weeks out. But then I told her about an achy tooth I had and she immediately found me an opening within 2 days so I wouldn't have to wait for an exam with a sore tooth. I was so thankful to be able to get right in. I also was impressed with how knowledgeable her hygienists are, I have never felt as educated after leaving a dentist's office before and they actually made me feel proud of my teeth! I was also pleased with the fact that I got a lot of face time with Dr. Fisher. She didn't push any procedures on me regarding my sore tooth. At my old dentist I didn't even know who was my dentist and who was the hygienist because they were all different people each time! When I left my appointment they also gave me a print out of the procedures done and what was going to be billed to my insurance company too which I appreciated. I would send my whole family here without hesitation. You really don't feel like you are walking into a dental office, which is a good thing! My appointment went so smoothly. Kim and Dr. Fisher made me feel comfortable and took such great care of me. I've only been going to this dentist since December and already found my forever dentist home! All of the people here are super friendly and very approachable! I had my first cavity of about 20 years filled last week and they did a great job! Me being the kind of baby with pain and they made me feel comfortable! I'm a Dental Phobe and went to this Dentist for a year or two. They have a very nice office overlooking the creek. The all-female staff is pleasant and friendly. I had a loose filling and she replaced it. Unfortunately she had a bit of a tough time getting my mouth numb enough, but at least she was careful to a) she said she was using the smalled needle (I imagine it's the same as any dentist, and b) she was thoughful enough to make sure I was totally numb. In previous dentists, when working on only one tooth, it just took one shot so not sure why the difficulty. The other thing is being a phobe I needed the Nitrous Oxide Gas and it was definitely not as effective or strong as previous dentists. When I asked her to increase it she said it was already maxed out (I doubt that) and she "didn't know what my problem was." WOW. Maybe she was having a bad day. The Hygienist, Jen? Is a doll and super super nice and gently. I'd almost like to just go here for cleanings and elsewhere for other work. The big + about this Dentist is that she's been around a while but not too old to where she's about to retire. What this means is in my opinion she is less apt to recommend unnecessary work as she already has a good client base. I have since visited two other dentists over the past 5 years. Both recommended work she didn't. In fact one recommend replacing the filling that she had replaced less than a year ago! One dentist recommended very expensive "partial crowns" the other just recommended I have a few cavities filled (for far less money) which very much could have developed over the recent years. These dentists were looking at X-rays taken with two years of each other. They were both very young so I had a sense they are leaning on the do it anyway, even if not absolutely necessary. One of them recommended having my wisdom teeth removed which no other Dentist ever did. I'm already missing 4 permanent teeth, one in each quadrant which allowed more room for my wisdom teeth! These excessive treatment recommendations were never the case with Dr. Fisher or my previous dentist who was also older and more well established. I may just go back there! Bottom line - when any dentists recommends hundreds or thousands of dollars of work, get a second opinion, preferably from an older dentist! One stars off for some unsympathetic treatment, but otherwise seems like a top notch place to go. read more

For ten years, I have been going to see Dr. Fisher for my dental needs. Her staff is so friendly and experienced. Jenn and Xan have actually motivated me to floss daily. I love how personal Dr. Fisher is and how she is never in a rush. Lastly, I love that the crew continues to improve their technology whether it be text reminders to getting a crown completed in two hours vs. two weeks.
