Put gas and decided to run my car through the wash before work…read more Pulled into the wash no problem, soap came out, and then it completely stopped working with my car covered in soap. The younger gentleman I'm assuming the owner or owners son casually strolled into the wash at the most leisurely pace and proceeded to push buttons. He then motioned for me to pull forward with my car fully covered in bubbles. Rolled my window down "it's being serviced that's why the arm is down" to which I responded, "the arm was not down, otherwise I wouldn't be in here..." When I advised I needed to get going to go to work, he let me know I could either wait until he fixed the wash or he could hose down my car. So when I asked him if he could hose off my car he yelled "REALLY!?" At me and when I insisted on a refund he told me to come back for a free wash... no refund. How would it be free .... I'd be coming back to receive a service I had already paid for.... One of the most incredibly rude, cheap, selfish people I've ever come across. Keep my $14, you clearly need it more than I do.
