The engineer was very arrogant and very difficult to work with. I approached him with a project idea and instead of listening to what I had to say he ended up talking about himself the whole time. He talked about how much knowledge he had and started questioning me on what I knew in a very condescending way. I found our conversation to be one sided and demeaning. I requested a quote this last Sunday and almost first thing Monday morning, about half an hour after them opening, I received a call. I was surprised. Spoke to Jeff who was very friendly. We spoke of why I was looking for his services. It seemed as if he wanted to really determine if he was needed or not. Asked me a bunch of questions. Not just to go to make his money.
