I cannot recommend David and his team strongly enough! Let me start by saying that I had significant puddling in my backyard and driveway and a desperate need for water drainage off my property. I also had a very old and busted patio and walkway in my backyard. David was one of several bids I received for installing drainage and replacing the driveway with pavers. I had a 56SF patch of dirt & rocks that I wanted to have filled because it was a waste of space. I contacted several contractors on Yelp but most said that the job was too small or they would have had to charge me an arm and a leg (all understandable). After three years of speaking to many contractors who all had just as many ideas on how to solve our house lot problems, They all did agree on one thing- the property had serious drainage and grading issues and a prior, poor 90's concrete job was not helping the problem. This was a small job - widening an existing concrete walkway on the side of our house about 16 inches wider and about 35 feet long. For many othe other companies I reached out to, this was too small of a job and they wouldn't even bid. For a few others, they provided estimates, but David's was in the ballpark, and I just wanted to use his company.
