I visited the Terracina Pacific Dermatology in February 2026. Prior to going I verified that my referral was correct for my visit and any treatments that I may need. A couple of minutes into my visit I was informed by the Dr that my referral was not correct and I could not have a few minor treatments done. They refused to contact my insurance to have any additional codes added which I was informed by the insurance that is all that they had to do. I also offered to pay cash and they said because I have insurance I could not pay cash. Very terrible customer service. Only problems NO solutions. read more

Super disappointed and haven't even had an appointment yet. I received a referral in January through my daughter's pediatrician and when I called for an appt the soonest available was March 2nd, so I took that date. My daughter had been battling a severe rash for over a month. I reached out on a Friday asking to be seen sooner due to the severity of her rash. We were told to take her to the ER over the weekend and we'd be seen Monday due to the urgency. I received a text message Monday morning (the day of our appt) saying that our appt needed to be rescheduled. When I called, I was now told the soonest available was now April. I think it's very unprofessional to reschedule the morning of, and not be able to offer an appt until April. I lost my original appt date of March 2nd and my earlier appt after being told to take my daughter to the ER over the weekend and they'd see me Monday to follow up. I understand things happen, but at least try and be accommodating to patients you have to reschedule. The person I spoke to over the phone was not in the slightest bit apologetic or accommodating. I am now going to a different location to be seen sooner, but am not happy with the level of professionalism. read more

My son and I were both referred to this medical group in December 2024 by our primary care physician. My son was with me in my car when he scheduled his appointment and was informed that the doctor's first available appointment was in 2.5 months. There were no earlier appointments. When I heard about the first available appointment, I decided to go elsewhere. Well, February comes and my son calls two days before his appointment to confirm his appointment time and the total length of time he needed to allocate to the appointment. When the appointment came, he arrived 10 minutes early. He was told two days prior that from initial check-in to completion of the appointment that the total time would be about 45 minutes. Well, he waited 45 minutes and hadn't even been seen by the doctor. He had to leave because he is employed and had a meeting to attend. This place is so over loaded, overbooked, and way over rated. I drive to a dermatologist in Rancho Cucamonga. It costs me about an hour of time each direction depending upon the time of my appointment. However, my doctor is not part of a large corporation. He is a solo practice and takes great care of me, addressing whatever issue I came in with. His staff is also excellent and does a great job of keeping appointments reality on time. Although he does run late, I am not forgotten about by the caring staff. You couldn't pay me to go to this dysfunctional group. read more

These people are the worst. the doctor spent about 5 minutes with me and never explained what the condition on my skin was. He wrote a prescription for a cream which has worked. However, the prescription was for only 3 refills. In an effort to get a new prescription I have called office multiple times and left a voicemail each time they have yet to return my call. I go to my appointment and realized I forgot my mask. I have an auto immune disease so when I visit any dr's office or hospital I use one. I had to park across the street because of the lack of parking which is why I asked for one in the office instead of going to my car to get it. I asked the young lady at the desk for a mask and she's bothered by it and makes some excuse of having to try to find one. Really? I thought this place is a medical facility. I would have even paid for it. She never leaves her seat or even asks anyone for one. I went in to have my moles checked for cancer. I saw the nurse practitioner or physician assistant. She scans my body super quick but doesn't check the bottom or my feet, scalp etc. This is probably my 10th time being checked over the years so I know what needs to be done. Needless to say I made an appt somewhere else only to find out that I have a couple of moles that need to be monitored. Not a good experience here at all. read more

It started with a possible diagnosis that I might have scabies. A biopsy result showed folliculitis. 14 days after they got the results I had a follow up visit . They never let me know that I did not have scabies so I was taking the meds they perscribed that were not needed during that time It's going on 7 weeks now still have full body itchy rash and Dr Esche told me they are just putting a band aid on it . Said I need a blood test to try and find out what is causing my issue. Scheduled an appointment a month away . Never got any information on where or when I will have blood test. read more

This place is a scam. I went initially to see about some discoloring on my skin. They sold be $250 in creams that did nothing, but I knew that was a chance I was taking. I wanted a couple moles removed. They told me my insurance wouldn't cover it because it was cosmetic which is understandable and I agreed and made the appointment. I got in for my appointment today and get charged a co-pay...... red flag but okay. I go back and they send in a doctor to check my moles. I flat out told them I don't need them checked. I just had them checked a couple months ago. I want them removed. They told me I need to make another appointment with a different doctor. I told them that this appointment was made for you. They just said "I don't know what to tell you." I told them they wasted my time and money. They just shrugged. Since they basically made this a cancer check appointment I'm sure I'll also get yet another bill in the mail for the part my insurance doesn't cover (just like I did for the real cancer check I had). Needless to say I didn't make yet another appointment. I'm going to go somewhere else that can actually get the job done. I won't be back. read more

1. Took me hours to finally make an appontment - so hard to get in touch with them via Phone. 2. Appt at 10:20am - did not get seen til 11am. 3. Staff just do their "job". They do not know how to establish rapport with their patients, nor have a good bedside communication. 4. During the appt, they are by the door, talking so fast, so ready to exit the room after recommending treatments. 5. You can hear them shouting, laughing and talking really loud outside the treatment room. 6. I work in a healthcare field as well, and this by far my worst experience. read more

Poor and painful experience. The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. For example, I asked the receptionist, "How are you?" to which she replied, "Photo ID and insurance card." When seen by the physician's assistant after waiting in the lobby for 20+ minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was told the full-body mole exam I had scheduled was not possible, as I only expressed two moles of concern when requesting a full-body screen. Instead, I was told to make another appointment for a thorough exam. Loved ones have had moles biopsied at separate dermatology clinics, noting no or little pain. I felt every part of the shaving of three of my moles. Moreover, the bandaids covering the wounds fell off on the doctor's table after application, and I was left with blood on my shirt. I was referred here by my PCP and have never seen a specialist before. I found my experience here to be easy, quick, and welcoming! They sent me reminders and even called me to remind me of my appointment. The new patient onboarding in particular was very efficient and the physicians assistant who brought me in was helpful and friendly. I ended up having to have a biopsy and the doctor was very quick and gentle. I would definitely recommend Pacific Dermatology whether your concerns are pathological or cosmetic. read more

Took my husband here to have surgery for basal cell carcinoma on his head. Wait time was long , however, once seen by doctor and staff we had a very professional experience,Surgeon was quite skilled at removal of tissue, not leaving an unsightly area. This is certainly a difficult time for a patient having to deal with cancer. The entire staff showed compassion and promoted a calm and light hearted atmosphere. When the surgeon gave the thumbs up Cancer was removed made our day. Thank you Pacific Dermatology Group, Redlands. 7/26/2019 took my husband back today for f/ u visit. Again experienced highly professional, caring doctor/staff. We were thoroughly informed on treating continuing wound care. Waiting time was actually very reasonable. The staff here are very kind and respectful. But I want to highlight Cheryl. She did a microdermabrasion on my face and did a phenomenal job. She was extremely professional and polite. She was helpful in assisting me with any questions I had and eager to ensure the procedure was not painful. She also went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a pleasant one. There was a mix up (completely my fault) and she was able to accommodate my needs. That was not necessary and complete unexpected. Connie at the front desk was very polite and understanding as well.. they both showed compassion and understanding on my situation. November 21, 2018, I arrived at this office for my first appointment early. My appointment was for 9:00 a.m. but I was seen by Doctor Schwartz early. First, doctor Schwartz began looking into my hair. The doctor said he could not see my scalp because I had too much hair. I explained to the doctor the sores were not on my head. But on my torso. The doctor discovered he was looking at information regarding a different patient. The office staff may not have told the doctor the scheduled patient for that time frame would be late. A biopsy was taken from my left arm. Doctor Schwartz cut into an artery or vein and a lot of blood dropped onto my left pants leg. December 26, 2018, I returned to this office to have the doctor inform of my biopsy results. Doctor Schwartz said, "The results say we don't know what is wrong." I had asked the nurse for a copy of my biopsy results before the doctor entered the room. Before leaving the office I received a copy of the biopsy results from front office staff who placed these results into an envelope. I arrived home and viewed the results. I discovered the results handed to me were the information of another patient! This is when the dog and pony show began with Doctor Schwartz's office staff. I phoned Doctor Schwartz's office and spoke to Jessica. I identified myself and explained to Jessica I was given another patient's test results. I requested Jessica mail a copy of my results to me. Jessica said she could not mail the results because of HIPAA. I knew Jessica was full of it because I have received medical test results in the mail on many occasions. I asked Jessica if Doctor Schwartz had viewed MY results during MY visit. Jessica said, "NO, THE DOCTOR DID NOT VIEW YOUR RESULT DURING YOUR OFFICE VISIT!!!!" Jessica said she would transfer me to the office Manager Kathy. Thirteen minutes later I am still on hold. I hang up and phoned back to the doctor's office. I am kept on hold another five minutes. I spoke to Kathy the office manager. Kathy said," the doctor viewed your test results during your visit." I asked Kathy why did Jessica say the doctor had not viewed my results but that of another patient. Kathy did not know why?! Kathy said she would mail the biopsy results to me. I asked Kathy why Jessica said she could not mail the results to me because of HIPAA. Kathy said she did not know why. read more

Second time here. They need to get their act together on scheduling patients. I waited the first time and waited 1.5 hrs, just to take a picture of skin cancer. In and out in 10 min. In for procedure on second time my wait time was almost 3 hours, Unacceptable . Many patients upset. Watched one individual go outside after they told him that he would have to wait for 2.5 hrs. He waited outside for a .5 hr came back in and had to leave due to icing on the way to Big Bear. Spoke to the owner/surgeon and he listened to my frustration and said he was going to remedy the situation. Let's see if he does. read more

Worst Dr. Office I've ever dealt with. Waited 7 weeks for an appt. The Dr. was 40 minutes late and after talking to me for less than 10 minutes, got up, and said he was notified he needed to move to the next patient and left to room without addressing my concerns. I came in to have three concerns addressed and left with needing to find a new provider. This office is contracted with my insurance company and the Dr. said that he would not approve a medically necessary treatment because he wouldn't be reimbursed enough by my insurance company. This place is extremely rude and completely unethical. If you want to pay out of pocket for Medispa services they might be fine, but if you are looking to have actual medical concerns addressed find a different provider. read more

this location is extremely busy. there is no way to get a last minute appointment unless someone cancels. despite that, they are pretty fast to call you in after you arrive. the waiting room is tiny. when it gets busy, there is almost no room for more people to sit. service is pretty good. the assistants are helpful and the doctor knows what she's doing and probably has your best interest. read more

They left a message on our phone and said if you have respiratory problems or running a fever to reschedule the appointment. Well, are they not aware you could be ill without a fever? You could transmit the virus to someone who has an autoimmune disease as is my husbands case. They should cancel all appointments. All they are interested in in their $$$$$$. Worst Dr Office I've ever dealt with. No one ever answers the phone, you leave a message, and it could be up to a week before you get a call back if you do at all. It's difficult to make an appointment but they wont refill your meds if your not seen every three months. It takes literal weeks to get a prescription filled no matter how many times you call. Rite Aid sends them over and over and everytime I call they just say they will look into it or they need to contact the physicians assistant. I've actually never experienced anything like this with a medial facility. read more

I arrived at 9:00am for my 9:20am appointment. I looked for them on the business suites map and it wasn't very helpful. I called the receptionist who put me on hold and never got back to me. I called back again and another receptionist picked up. I explained to her my surroundings and that I was in front of the business suites map and she said that I was in the wrong parking lot. She gave me directions which were totally wrong by the way and I ended up on the other side of the street and had to walk back. Mind you I was wearing heels and was carrying a box of the face creams and other things I use on my face because I wanted to ask the dermatologist some questions. Turns out that the building was behind the map that I was read. By this time I was annoyed when I got to the office at 9:18am. I gave my paperwork to the receptionist, that sounded like the one that put me on hold, (I got the paperwork online through their website ahead of time) and she gave me an additional form. I finished the form and was told that this wasn't the correct office and that they can't see me because they don't accept my insurance. By this time I was upset and called my referring doctor. I'm was on the phone with my doctor and then this place says they talked to their manager and will be able to see me. I told the receptionist that I don't want to get a "no show" fee at their other office (this is also stated on their website). They assured me that I wouldn't, that they would take care of it. I get a text and a call from the other office; they're wondering if I'm a no show. Clearly they didn't take care of it. I called the other office and explained the situation. I am not seen until 10:15am. I went in to see Dr Krey and she looked at my skin. Didn't ask me any questions so I elaborated on the history of my skin, that I've never had painful acne, not even when I was a teen. She seemed uninterested in everything I told her. I asked her if the products I'm using would interfere with the products she was going to recommend and I showed her what I brought. She looked at one product and said "Yes these should be ok". Then she points at my skin and says "Oh and I'm just letting you know, those acne marks that you have, they're not going to go away on their own. You can speak to the esthetician about our other services." I'm guessing this was her rude way of promoting their other services. I spent 3 mins with Dr Krey. I'm still not sure what dermatologists do but I'm pretty sure this woman is just there to collect a paycheck. I dislike this office so much. From the receptionists to the lousy doctor. I have a follow up and honestly I think I'm going to cancel. I don't recommend this business. Not one bit. If I could give them no stars, I would. read more

10 stars for the customer service here! Yes, it is a little bit of a wait but nothing out of the ordinary, and their customer service from reception to the PA and the medical assistants is just over the top. My nine year old daughter thought she was going in for an exam for a small growth on her face, but they ended up offering to provide a quick treatment on the spot. When my daughter heard the treatment included an injection to numb her, she started to cry and I wasn't sure we'd be able to continue and thought we'd probably have to come back. However, the PA and her nurse showed such incredible compassion, including gently talking my daughter through the entire treatment and even holding her hand, that we were able to complete everything and don't need to make another appointment. I would never expect an office/practice geared toward adults to provide this level of customer service and was just so incredibly appreciative and grateful for their staff.
