I went in for laser hair removal on my face and neck area. I met with Jacqueline. I have had multiple surgeries and radiation to my neck. She took the time to explain her hesitation to laser treatment the area because of the previous radiation treatments. She was not sure how the skin would do. We ended up not going forward with the treatment but she recommended threading as a alternate treatment. I appreciate her honesty and her wanting to be cautious. Even though I didn't get treatment there ( at this time) I would recommend this place for treatment. They really take the time to do what is best for the patient. read more

Both Jackie and Maxwell were very welcoming and thorough in explaining the process and what I should expect. Still don't know if the treatment works or not but they are doing a good job of making sure I have a positive experience. While the process is slightly uncomfortable, Jackie does a great job with pain management. Overall, the facility is extremely clean and therapeutic providing good service and prompt scheduling.
