What made the experience even more frustrating was the communication. I came in seeking professional guidance and asked for her opinion, only to be told, "I can't answer that." We are not strangers to this field and understand what a proper standard of care, professionalism, and customer service should look like. Because of that, the dismissive tone and lack of communication were especially noticeable and concerning. The most concerning part was during the injection in my nose. It felt like the needle went through and I could actually feel liquid coming out of my nostril. When I mentioned it, instead of showing concern or apologizing, she dismissed it and said she was sure "some just went through." That response made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unheard.
