We almost cancelled because I wasn't sure it would be worth it and I'm so glad I didn't. I ended up choosing the 40 photo package because I loved so many it was hard to choose my favorites. It also came with a highlight video reel that I wasn't expecting and that was awesome too. Noah at the desk was also super helpful in answering questions. This company is horrible! We had pictures taken at a luau and paid to receive the digital copes and after paying $40 we were only able to view 2 pictures. I attempted to contact the company several times since the photographer took more than 2 pictures, but I just receive texts that someone will be reaching out to me soon... My advice to you is take your own pictures with your phone. read more

This is our second time working with Blinnk Photography at Wailea Beach Marriott. The first time was so great that I couldn't wait to work with them again! The experience was again a wonderful one! From the first interacting when scheduling with Jamil, to the photo shoot with Will, to the viewing appointment... the entire experience was wonderful. I booked Blinnk for a golden hour photo shoot that turned into a surprise engagement. I worked with Noah on the plan to do the proposal and he was absolutely fantastic. During our stay at the Marriott Wailea Beach Resort, my wife and I made an appointment with the on-site photographer, Blinnk Photography of Maui for some anniversary photos. Our photographer made some rookie mistakes, including shooting against a very bright background, awkward posing, and multiple, uninteresting shots. A few days later we sat down with the manager to review our photos, almost all images were sub-standard, so we requested a re-shoot. He refused, saying 'we don't do that', even though they had open time slots available during our week-long stay. And then the up-sell...seriously? Overall - $375 gone and VERY dissatisfied. read more

I called the Westin Nanea and told them about a wedding proposal for my now fiancee on their beach just outside of their resort and they contacted Blink photographer Jacob who was there on time for our special moment. Being in Hawaii we wanted to maximize our time and Jacob could sense our schedule and within an hour created an amazing portofolio of still images and unannounced to us, even made a video compilation of our special moment. We came into the Blinnk office the next day on a scheduled time and met with Michelle who guided us through our portoflio and made it an even more amazing experience. I wish I could give 10 stars for Adi and Stephanie at Blinnk Photography at Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott! Stephanie was professional and her customer service skills were exceptional. She was patient and shared her professional opinion when my husband and I had a difficult time selecting the package and narrowing down the photos. We loved all of them!!! Adi is AWESOME!! We told Adi how we've always wanted a beach wedding but didn't get our dream wedding since our wedding was rushed and only had two weeks to plan. We also mentioned how our wedding photos were horrible due to the weather and using our friend who was suppose to be a "professional" photographer. He told us not to worry and to just be ourselves. When we saw the photos the next day at the viewing, we couldn't believe what an AMAZING job he did. To top it off, he even made us a video which we had no idea he was filming us. My husband and I came to Maui for vacation and decided to take advantage of the "complimentary photo session" provided by Blinnk/Marriott. We haven't had professional photos since we got married a few years ago and thought it was time :) Our photographer was Shadia. Shadia made our shoot so easy and fun! My husband normally hates getting photos taken, but even he admitted that it was a blast.
