I sometimes like to sit at the bar if I'm by myself for lunch, but my wife and I have gone for dinner a couple of times as well. Service is always really good with the staff being very friendly and as attentive as it gets nowadays, better than most. The bar is an old building and it's pretty cool with plenty of seating inside and out and we've never had to wait more than a few moments to be sat. I enjoy getting the chicken strips tossed in the bourbon buffalo sauce. The chicken is always juicy and I like the buffalo sauce. I got a pizza last time and it was fine, if not spectacular. My wife's Reuben was the same. Neither was mind blowing, but they were certainly not terrible. They were exactly what you'd expect from a good place to eat that's a bar in Pacific, MO.

We even had room for dessert: a chocolate chip cookie and ice cream. It was the size of a dinner plate! This was an outstanding indulgence, and I can't wait to have another one, as soon as my glycemic index allows. LOL The restrooms were pretty darn rough. Urine all over the floor, overflowing trash can, filthy toilet, etc., gave the impression that it hadn't been cleaned since the Route 66 days.
