They charge an in depth consultation fee that isn't covered under your insurance and is basically just an interview by doctor asking you what your issues are. I was expecting to be hooked up to something or use some sort of electronic machine to determine my issues. Nope. Just same 3 or 4 basic adjustments and you're off in 2 minutes. Don't get me wrong, the people here are very nice and pleasant. I did not have any bad experiences, other than the billing issue and lack of modern technology or diagnostics to treat my back pain.
