I have been struggling with significant pain from a shoulder injury and not only has Jen helped relieve a lot of that pain, she has also been integral on helping me figure out what is wrong. One thing I love about Jen and her practice is that you will absolutely never feel rushed. At most massage places you feel rushed due to the client turn around, whereas Jen schedules her appointments so that you have plenty of time to go over your needs and address any issues or concerns. Jen's practice is based out of her home and is every bit comfortable, relaxing and inviting as any other massage place. There have been several times that I've had to change my appointment last minute and Jen has always been accommodating and understanding. She never charges cancellation fees and has always been able to squeeze me back in as needed. Her appointment scheduling is all online and is very easy to book and cancel online immediately. She also does take many health insurances and takes care of everything between you and your insurer. Jen truly is a massage wizard and every time I see her I receive a completely different massage based on where I am at physically. Personality wise, Jen is one of the kindest and friendliest people you'll ever meet. You'd have to be a real piece of work not to instantly fall in love with her. If you want a quiet and relaxing massage, then that is what you will get. If you want a massage where you'll leave feeling like you should have paid her for a therapy session as well, then you'll get that too!
