Shucks!! Forgot their names already but they were awesome! Especially the driver!! We called in the morning and they were able to swing by THAT afternoon to pick up our accumulated apartment rental junks. They took a credit card payment over the phone, after seeing exactly what we had. The quote was between $130-$190. Admittedly, we added a more things than what we had said we had. And some of it was super heavy, including sand from broken sand bags. The actual cost was $190 which was great. I received my receipt via a link in a text message as well as by hard copy of the original invoice. We own a pickup truck, but we had such a mishmash of items that bringing the items to the dump ourselves would have been a big headache since not all dumps take the same kinds of junk. They are awesome! Ray came to our house on Tuesday 9/8 to give an estimate on how much it would be... I was afraid it would be quite pricey because our place is a little bit hard to get into. The price was reasonable so I asked if they could come the next day or the day after. I was scheduled for Thursday, but when they had an opening for Wednesday they called me up and so I rescheduled for Wednesday morning instead. Wednesday 9/9... they came earlier than expected but that was no problem at all and they called that they were on their way. I live in Kalihi, so imagine... street is narrow and there is no street parking.. especially for a big truck. We have a small parking stall right in front of the house though... Amazingly their truck fit and there was an itsy bitsy room for them to load up our stuff. I met Mike and Johnny. They are super nice and friendly. We live in the 2nd floor and the only way to get there is a narrow pathway (neighbors' and landlord's stuffs were also piled up along the pathway), and a narrow stairway. They got to work right away. They carried 2 executive computer chairs, 1 metal file cabinet, 1 rattan chair, 1 wooden dresser and its mirror, 1 lingerie dresser, and a queen mattress and box spring. It only took Mike and Johnny about 10 minutes to carry all that... it was super hot too but they were still all smiles. After that, I paid with my card and a receipt was sent to my email right away. Now our house is so much more spacious, thanks to them. If anybody that I know needs a hauling service, I would definitely recommend them. read more

All I can say were they were amazing. First, it was easy to contact them and get an appointment time. They called us earlier in the day to let us know they could get started a little earlier. Then, when they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and QUICK. And we had A LOT of things in random drawers, shelves, etc. They even swept up some leaves in our garage after they hauled out everything that was piled in there. Finally, the price is so completely reasonable- especially since they were taking out a washer, fridge, stove, sink, mattress... the list went on and on. I was hoping to have Salvation Army come to collect my used dressers and shelves. So I called them, made an appointment, and expected them to come grab everything. Turns out when Sal. Army arrived, they inspected my items and decided on the spot, they couldn't take any of my items because of the condition (even though when I called I explained the condition and the woman on the phone said it would be re-sellable.) after being disappointed and now trying to figure out second plan, I google Junk removal and Pacific Junk removal popped up. Pacific Junk Removal gave me excellent quality and timely service. I sent a request to quote via Yelp on a furniture removal project. Ray replied shortly after and was the first to respond of four possible companies. It was Sunday night (just yesterday!) and I decided to do this project the next day (today, Monday!). Pacific Junk Removal made that possible. Matt, Cindy and Noel called beforehand to confirm their arrival time. I had furniture in three rooms, on the Lanai and in the attic. Matt calculated what the actual project would cost based on whether the items would fill 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or all of their truck. His estimate was within the range quoted by Ray. The team worked with courtesy and determination to move out very large and heavy pieces, as well as light plastic shelves, etc. Matt, Cindy and Noel were efficient and careful. They exceeded my expectations. They asked good questions. They treated my home home as if it deserved first class service. They did more than what I outlined for the project. They also helped me retrieve things from a high shelf, and placed a TV on a stand for me. When their earlier assignment ended, where they had spent the morning going up and down three stories worth of stairs, they came straight to my condo without stopping for lunch because they knew I had an appointment to get to later that day. I initially wanted them to come late morning, but I needed more time to get ready for them. When they called me to check in, we were able to switch my project to the afternoon. Whew! Even so, they, thankfully, came earlier than the time I agreed to -- and that allowed me plenty of time to get ready for my next appointment. I appreciated their level of care outside of my home in the common areas of the condominium building because they were careful going up and down the 8 steps to my unit and they kept the walkway uncluttered.
