Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. Sandy helped us look up all kinds of info and stats to ensure my mom had exactly the speaker she needed versus something that would've been overkill. That kind of sincerity and care goes a long way so naturally we bought it. As a matter of fact, it was such a good experience we went with a different color speaker altogether. They had a different color at a different store but we kept it local. In terms of price point it was well below anything online including Amazon prime. We were then helped by Jose in the TV department, the one and only! to locate a TV that was in high demand, and ofcourse, exactly the brand and size TV that we were hoping for. I just remodeled my kitchen and purchased all the appliances from them after comparing what I wanted with Scott Appliance and the well known national chains. Scott's had the best deal. Then they held appliances for over two months due to my contractor delays at no charge. Mark Scott delivered and installed. There were still cabinet construction problems. He fixed them at no additional cost. They are all very helpful and look after their customers. Btw, found out Mark used to build custom cabinets and really knew what to do to correct the installation problems.
