I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.

update on my defective ice maker that this store refuses to fix or replace...I have called more…read morethan 10 times, I have sent 15 plus emails and have waited on the phone with uline representatives for hours....I have received no help. I offered to bring the unit back to the store myself and trust me as an old retired person that would have been no easy feat....they refused to take it.. It seems that we were helped each time by a young man By the name of Braden. I cannot say enough, good things about that young man. He answered every question we had in detail and steered us in the right direction on so many products. Today we bought grout and tile cleaners, and some tile for our backsplash in the kitchen. He showed me a better way to seal the grout that was way easier than what I was thinking about doing. He saved me a lot of time and work and the results are beautiful. He went out of his way to help us push this project towards completion with such helpful advice. He made this project so much easier with his vast knowledge of tile and all of the stores many products. What a great employee he is, and he also has a very calm and pleasant demeanor as well when dealing with customers. if I could give him six stars, I would.Thank you again Braden. Where do you begin..I came without a plan and just to see what I liked and go from there. The store is huge. Sectioned properly so its very organized. They have wood, laminate, and so many flooring options and tiles for in and outdoor in so many colors, patterns, etc. They even have vanities, sinks, fixtures in different styles and colors. I loved just walking around and taking pictures. All the staff are so helpful and willing to help you choose or even put a whole room ogether for you from top to bottom. I left with several ideas but am planning on coming back for more. I found it so fun and all these ideas were helpful.

I ended up dragging a tall ladder/scaffolding thingy and climbing up myself. Thankfully not less than 3 CUSTOMERS offered to help me get my mirrors. And they did; thanks to all of those wonderful folks. It makes my heart happy to find so many kind strangers. The staff at this place gets a 0 for service but the customers get a 10! There is a huge selection of home goods and I plan to return for rugs and decor, but I'm steering clear of the staff. Also, prices have gone up considerably since my last visit 2 years ago but I guess that's expected in 2025.
