Fresh poke and delicious chicken teriyaki! The owner couldn't have been a nicer! A must try!

Well it was pretty tasty but the first thing I noticed was it needs to have better flow when ordering. A lot of back and forth. This place will need to change that if they want to handle big crowds. The protein scoops were pretty small considering the higher prices. The miso soup was a nice treat however. These poke bowls are very good. The staff was friendly and the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Comes with free miso, however, if their poke bowls were $1 or $2 less, I'd come here much more often. The bowls should be a bit larger for the price, in my opinion, and I say this because I am comparing it to other places that are alike. This place almost has 5 stars. Not bad though. read more

Hmmm, where do I start? Looking for more than Poke? Don't come here like the name insinuates. As others have mentioned, the fish is mediocre, the portions are small, and the price is high. We came here for the first time about a week ago. The lady behind the counter was super nice. The food was fresh and very reasonably priced. The place is nice, open and clean. My husband and I stopped here on our way home to Sac after finding it on Yelp. Let's just say, this place has earned every single one of its 5 stars. Pacific Kitchen is the best poke in SCV!! I frequently visit and am always greeted and given quality customer service. Plus the location is just a few minutes from my house! The only criticism is that they have this new employee who didn't give as much protein. I barely had any salmon in my bowl and was surprised to see only 4 little cucumbers. This hasn't dissuaded me from returning however. It looked like the new employee is still being trained and he was very shy and nervous, I totally understand though, as I was the same when I first started working customer service. Extremely friendly place but I've had better Poke. The servings are somewhat comparable to other locations and the amount of add-ons offered. However overall the bowl lacks flavor comparing to others I've had. We will very likely come back because we live nearby and want to support local businesses, but unfortunately it is not my first choice for poke. read more

Definitely very low protein portions after eating there many times! started to go to a poke place on Newhall Ranch road which is more reasonable in price and portions. Don't waste your time here. They charge 12.00 a bowl. You might as well go dine out somewhere fancy! read more

This place is absolutely wonderful!! The staff/owners are SO friendly, we would come back just for the service alone. Very fresh ingredients and they have a really tasty pineapple sauce! I went here the first day they opened and have gone a few more times since then, including yesterday, since they are so close to my house. Their food is super fresh and I've enjoyed it each time! One thing I definitely noticed is that they seem to be taking these reviews seriously - when I was there yesterday, they had upped their portion game! Before then, I would have to agree with other reviewers - those scoops were small compared to what else we can get it Santa Clarita, but yesterday the fish was piled on! I'll definitely be back. Absolutely no signage that they charge extra for toppings. Even if there isn't signage they shouldn't charge for things like extra radish or extra coleslaw, edamame etc, that's not cool. None of the other places in town do that. They only charge for extra protein which is totally understandable. I was not informed as he was scooping everything into my bowl that theres an additional charge. Totally not worth your time coming here just go to Poke-tome, trust. Over there I can ask for extra edamame and not get charged so much more for something frozen and cheap. Even though the guy at the front seems nice I heavily dislike customer service that seems so Ungenuine and fake. Like bro just act normal stop putting up that fake smile. I will make sure everyone I know who goes for Poke does not come eat here to get ripped off when you can get the same quality elsewhere in town. You can literally just tell they wanna squeeze every penny out of you especially with their mediocre sized scoops like Bro I'm spending $12-$14 for a bowl at least give me a nice sized scoop of Fish. Great quality poke and top notch service! Very friendly and welcoming. This spot is a little out of the way from us, but we'll for sure be choosing Pacific Kitchen over spots that are more local to us. It was the perfect ratio of fish to rice/salad. Some places that give big fish portions don't have the best quality fish, toppings, sauces, so I appreciated that they value quality over quantity here.
