4/13/2026: Step aside and hold my free cup of miso soup because this place is delicious! Our gang of foodies first came to this location years ago when they first opened as Poke to Me and I was back here a few days ago with my husband for a light lunch! Tonight when Mom couldn't decide on dinner, I suggested poke and we aren't disappointed! Pardon the pics.. they stuff the containers so generously, the lids look a bit squishy for our take out order. Clean establishment, friendly service and everyone is so helpful! From Stevenson Ranch we probably drove past 4 other poke alternatives but Deep Sea Poke is well worth the trip! read more

We actually came here by accident. We had eaten at a place next door, but the food there was not good at all, and we left still hungry. When we walked out, we noticed this spot and decided to try it -- and we're so glad we did! The poke was absolutely delicious. The fish was very fresh, the sauces were amazing, and everything tasted great. The price is also very reasonable for the quality. We're really happy we discovered this place and will definitely come back! read more

I came around 6 PM on a Sunday, and unfortunately they were already out of both the salmon and imitation crab. As a result, I chose tuna and spicy tuna for my three protein selections instead. At $15, the pricing felt very reasonable, especially since they offer unlimited toppings and only one bowl size. I also appreciated the free miso soup and seaweed. The fish tasted very fresh, and all of the toppings were fresh as well. The rice was cooked perfectly and paired well with everything in the bowl. The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff were friendly. Despite not being able to try the salmon this time, I enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back again. amazing poke!! they have such a good variety of fish including scallop which is hard to find at many poke spots. the fish was fresh and delicious and portions were generous. They provide free miso soup and seaweed which is a nice touch. Service was great, everyone was nice and friendly. I highly recommend and will be back. read more

Been living here since 2018 but it's only my first time trying deep sea poke. I ordered double salmon and tuna with white rice, ginger, nori, cucumbers, shoyu mushroom, crispy onions, green onions, garlic ponzu and spicy mayo. Not sure why it took so long for me to try this place but I will be coming back. read more

I've been coming here since I was a kid, basically since they first opened, and it's always been my favorite place for poke. I eat here regularly and recommend it to friends, family, and anyone looking for great poke because I genuinely love supporting this business. That's why my most recent experience was so disappointing. Over the years, the staff has always been friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the two employees I interacted with were disrespectful and argumentative over what should have been a simple, reasonable conversation. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they made the experience uncomfortable enough that I ended up walking out in the middle of ordering my food. In all the years I've been coming here, that's never happened before, which is why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. Loyal, long-time customers shouldn't be treated that way. I originally reached out to the owner privately because I wanted to give them the opportunity to address what happened before posting a public review. Unfortunately, I never received a response, which is why I'm sharing my experience here. I truly hope this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the direction customer service is heading. This restaurant has built a great reputation over the years, and I still believe it's one of the best poke spots around FOR THE FOOD NOT SERVICE NOW. Great little poke spot in Santa Clarita! Good portion sizes with some fresh seafood and vegetable options for a great price that includes a free cup of miso soup and seaweed. An entree is under $15 dollars and is a good bargain for a healthy lunch or dinner choice. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick as a grab and go, or a quick dining option inside. I usually opt for the 50/50 mixed green and rice base mix (choice of white sticky rice, brown rice or ginger brown rice), along with a three scoop protein option. Tuna, Salmon, Albacore, Scallops and more. Tons of great toppings and sauces that are customizable and loaded to the max. Lots of free parking out front in a retail strip mall setting. Check them out for a fresh, healthy, quick and affordable dining option in Santa Clarita. Deep Sea Poke is definitely a great solution to combat hunger! read more

I came here on a Thursday night and there were a few people inside already. The line and its direction was a bit confusing for a first timer. The line moved quickly. I got spicy tuna, salmon, scallop, brown rice, a bunch of toppings, lava sauce, and volcano sauce. I think some labels for the toppings would help a lot. On the other hand the sauce explanations were helpful. The free miso soup was a nice touch but it didn't come with a spoon. Overall the concept is good and they give out large portions for their prices but I feel like the execution can be dialed a bit better. read more

Deep Sea Poke is a great neighborhood poke stop with friendly service. I got a regular which had 3 protein scoops. I chose the ahi tuna with rice. They have brown rice, sushi rice and salad options for the base, and about 3 different fish options for the protein. Plenty of veggies and toppings, though I prefer my poke bowls on the plain side. My bowl was delicious and fresh, I do wish the ponzu sauce was a little thicker to stick to the tuna or marinated slightly but it works. A bonus is you get a free small miso soup with your order. They are also celebrating their 10 year anniversary so there are specials on the menu currently. Also they threw in a free snack pack of dried seaweed. Awesome! read more

Hands down the best value and best poke spot on SCV! Portions are absolutely fair and they let you get extra toppings of whatever you'd like (except protein) for free. It is the chipotle of poke for the same price as chipotle . $14.99 for a giant poke bowl loaded with toppings that can easily be two meals, a free cup of miso soup, and a free seaweed packet with each bowl. I've never seen a poke place with prices THIS low, and the quality is top notch. AND they give free miso or seaweed snacks with the bowl?! Insane, $12.77 for three scoops is normally a "large" anywhere else in LA or the inland empire and goes for $17+. This is our new spot after Six Flags or Hurricane Harbor for sure! read more

BEST POKE PLACE EVER!!!! Deep sea poke has to be one of my favorite poke places I've been in Santa Clarita, maybe even all of SoCal. The staff are always super cool and friendly, the food selection is amazing and tastes so good, and i love that they always play old school music videos on their TV lol. I just wanna say I dropped my phone off x2 roller coaster and while I grieved the loss of my phone after I left the park I went here for a delightful $13 poke bowl with generous scoops of protein and a free side of miso and seaweed and nothing is free these days. Then, I went back to the park, and defying all odds, not only was my phone found in the dirt, but completely untouched. Why are you listed as open till 10 when your staff is putting chairs and closing the restaurant at 9:10? Drove 20 min for literally nothing. Employees said they ran out of supplies and said they don't know why their boss keeps the place open till 10?!?! Looks like they just wanted to go home early. It's huge! The toppings they have is super unique. I love the pickled mushrooms and clear crunch noodle thing. I think this is more Korean inspired poke. It comes with free miso soup and seaweed. You can't beat the value. They put so much in it they couldn't close the lid. I came here few times already and feels like it is getting better every time I come here. read more

The best poke in the SCV with THE BEST prices! I don't even know how they do it, but it keeps me coming back. I work nearby and it always hits the spot. Their fish is fresh and they really load up on the toppings, sometimes they even have a hard time closing the container. The owner is always so nice! Whom ever left a 1 or a 2 star must have had a bad experience or a bad day. BECAUSE IN MY CASE these guys were in my taste - chill AF. I think my pup met the manger or owner, guy was awesome so long my pup was just as calm and chill as he was. Service prepping the goods? Stellar. You be kind to who's behind the glass and they will do the same onto you. I did the regular bowl. Came with miso soup (lil saltier than average BUT way I prefer it. Gives it that Smokey flavor.), and some seaweed...which my pup ate. I'm happy to have found me and my pup's poke spot. For many more visits to come. read more

Everytime I come to Valencia/Santa Clarita, I always make sure to stop by Deep Sea Poke. It's a nice little restaurant with not too much seating, but most guests take their orders to go so there's adequate seating available. I love how this place has great tasting/customizable poke bowls which aren't too expensive compared to other poke places. Each poke bowl also comes with a free miso soup and seaweed packet! My poke bowl order is usually the following: sushi white rice, two scoops salmon, one scoop spicy tuna, volcano and ponzu sauce, imitation crab meat, seaweed salad, edamame, nori, green onion, cilantro, spicy mayo drizzle, with an extra side of spicy mayo. The fish tastes fresh (doesn't have a fishy taste to it) and I love the burning feeling down my throat when drinking the miso soup. The servers at this restaurant are all kind as well. 10/10 would recommend! read more

My go to place for poke! Every time I come here the service is quick and workers are very friendly/welcoming. In terms of the food, they do not short you on anything. Bowls are packed to the brim with food. Definitely get your moneys worth. On to top it all off the complimentary miso and sea weed to eat with your poke. I came across this place looking for a quick place to eat on the way to a meeting. Siri suggested Subway and with little time to look I headed to a Subway. With my Luck Deep Sea Poke was next door it had an A from the health department so I gave it a try. They post a menu starting with your choice or rice or spring mix. I chose the Ginger Rice. You then could chose 3 proteins and then we get to sauces and toppings with a little bit of everything all included. It came with a Miso soup and a package of seaweed. The owner was super friendly. The staff is friendly and patient. They have a variety of fish and toppings (no limit). The portions are huge. The food is reasonable priced. They give out seaweed and miso soup with every meal. This is seriously the best poke I've ever had, honestly! The ramen was rich, and the noodles cooked to perfection. My volcano roll was delicious, sweet and crunchy. I ordered One with a side of jalapeños for an extra kick. There were two employees and one them took our order and also went back to cook. She used gloves for anyone wondering. The place was not too busy but did have To-go orders being picked up. There was 1 other table dining in. Both of them checked in on us and asked us how we were doing. I loved that. We will for sure be back. I am excited to try other items from the menu. ***We were going to go next door for dessert, but they also had ice cream here. And it did not disappoint.
