Kevin came out and was super professional, efficient, and helpful beyond our expectations. Showed us a new system that uses our wireless to control the system, and helped us test the system and make sure all sprinkler heads were operational. We paid for the system and again felt good about the time Kevin spent showing us how to work it. As for our other issues, he pointed out some items that we should be aware of, and made recommendations that we felt good about. When he left, we were pleased with the new system and now have the knowledge to support the yard and plant watering even if we're away from home. After we called the home office, and Patricia helped us get signed up for the winterization of the system later this year when it's time to shut down until next summer. Easy, just like that we are now set for the year. Good investment and Kevin suggested we reach out anytime we need help. Our experience was great and we view this as an investment in the home and maintenance of our yard moving forward. Chris did a great job replacing the valve, updating some wiring and consolidating the older controllers on to a new one that works off of Wi-Fi. At 2:23, mind you after my arrival window, I reached out and said since our 4 hour window was up assumed the technician wasn't coming to which they responded an hour later (now at 3:17) stating the technician was en route. If you as a company cannot respond to potential customers appropriately how do you expect to gain customers?
