Good service but pricey. They assessed my situation and moved a sprinkler head and installed two new heads to better cover my lawn. They worked quickly and cleaned up the area very well. So far, so good. I wish they would do a little better on the price of their services. I have been a customer for a long time, but they seem to charge quite a bit for repairs and new head installation. I even asked them to use a head that I purchased, but they told me the price would be the same. read more

They have done a great job opening and closing my sprinkler system. Appts are always available. Techs arrive on time and are ready to diagnose and fix any problems. They are pricey and don't offer any returning customer discounts. I will continue to use their services. read more

My lawn maintenance team damaged a head and Pacific Lawn Sprinklers was very responsive and fixed it at a fair price. I use them to turn on my system and close it down every year. Terrible company. Been trying to give them a chance year after year but I'm finally done! First, they gave me a new box that lasted one year. Then, they broke my garage door and refused responsibility. Their guy came at a different time then promised, was let in by my elderly mother in law, and then forced the electric garage door open until it broke. I wanted to leave then, but there were all these call backs and promises and it just took so much time that the next year I thought I'd give them another shot. Then, with the lock down I needed some work done. They came and did it but it was at the end of the season and I didn't want to turn on the system just to winterize in a few weeks, so I asked them to make a note so that if the work was faulty the next Spring they would understand and come without extra charge. Sure enough, there was no reasoning with them the next Spring, when nothing worked right and they wanted $200 to come fix what they obviously hadn't fixed last year. They even had the note but kept saying too much time had passed. Apparently, this company is not interested in integrity. UPDATE: Just found out the entire job done by Pacific was faulty. The lines are leaking under the pool and compromising the integrity of the lining. Had to have someone else come and check (which they did for free btw) as opposed to Pacific who wanted almost $200 just to come. Not sure what monetary compensation they're alluding to but I definitely would have been much better off if I'd never given this company a chance. And btw - they appear to only respond to Yelp reviews. In private I either get a bot, people who write but can't seem to read their own notes, or crickets. read more

Pacific came to winterize my sprinkler system in st james and were very professional and quick . They also fixed my sprinkler heads over the summer and leaking valve at the main hub within a day of me calling. Will be a recurring customer. read more

Absolutely the best winterization on irrigation system. John Charles Funke also checked faucets and outdoor shower and found that the plumber who winterized the shower and faucets had left a significant amount of water in the lines! He fixed all that and explained everything he was doing in clear and through communication. I'm extremely disgusted at the lack of customer care and support during these difficult financial times due to Covid. We have been customers of Pacific for 12 years and had always been very happy with the service and made all payments promptly. When they came in the spring to open our sprinkler system, they found 5 broken sprinkler heads, which seemed excessive, that needed to be replaced. We received the bill which was several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, my husband has been out of work since March due to Covid so we have been making partial payments to Pacific during this time. When I had made the appointment for our closing, I explained our financial situation to the customer service representative and told her we would continue to make partial payments. She informed me it wouldn't be a problem and booked the appointment. They were due to come yesterday but canceled without any notice. When my husband tried to rebook the appointment, he was told that they wouldn't book unless we made another payment. We were unable to pay right at that moment, so they refused to make the appointment. My husband subsequently tried speaking to Nicole about our situation and she interrupted him, threatened to hang up on him and behaved in an impatient and bellicose manner - unlike the very nice and caring customer service reps. As a result of their conduct and lack of consideration, they have lost us as long term customers. I don't think they understand that a little good will goes a long way especially during these difficult times. We've had some great experiences with local businesses who continue to be extremely understanding and willing to work with us. Unfortunately, Pacific Sprinkler isn't one of them. read more

They should rename their company Pathetic Lawn Sprinklers. They "winterized" my system and left me with more problems than I would have had if I didn't winterize. You don't roll around this island with a fleet of wrapped brand new work vans by doing the right thing by customers I guess. DO NOT USE THEM! The lead guy Mario or Marco or whatever is a clown and a Liar and the owner Donna is a typical salesperson who will feed you whatever line of bull shit in order to sell you one of their overpriced services. The company did work on a system that is not fixable instead of recommending from the beginning to change the system. Willy and Melvin came to my home on 6/14/2019 to turn on my sprinkler system. I also wanted them to look at leak in the backflow assembly. I could stop the leak by closing the backflow valve but when the valve was closed the sprinkler system would not operate. They said the pressure vacuum breaker was damaged and said they would repair it. The problem is instead of installing the repair kit for the vacuum breaker or a new vacuum breaker ....they removed my entire backflow valve assembly, cut the pipe and insert a rubber hose joiner. My home was newly constructed in 2017, I could not get the Cert of Occupancy until the backflow assembly was completed and the system was inspected. The backflow assembly was brass construction and costed over $300. Removal creates a code violation. If you are unfamiliar with backflow valve repair or don't have the parts....just say so ....don't damage someone's property then add insult to injury and charge them for your mistake....Then call it a 'miscommunication". read more
