They were unreachable the…read morefirst half of December and finally showed up late at night unannounced on December 17th - scaling my home with ladders and on my porch without as much as a call or knock first. Late, terrifying and Bizarre behavior. I asked them to leave my lights on site upon removal since I planned on having lights all December next year and having someone install them at a normal hour with notice so as not to traumatize my small children. In order to ensure they actually did this. I told them I'd pay the remaining invoice balance when they removed and returned my lights. Instead they took my lights and are again unwilling to return the lights without cash payment. I wish I had known who I was getting involved with turning something as wonderful as holiday lights into a nightmare! Please do not be fooled by the slick sales pitch as I was!
