I made an appointment for the first available appointment time--several months in advance--to see my "sleep doctor" (for sleep apnea) at this location, even though it meant taking time off from work. However, upon arrival I was informed that there was no such appointment and that the doctor wasn't even in. That nothing was sent to me about a cancellation was bad enough, but what truly made my blood boil was the offer to reschedule my appointment . . . FOUR MONTHS later! I declined. (What should have transpired: Offer an appointment within the next week, even if it meant staying open a bit later.) Fearing I had made a mistake with the date, when I got home I checked the report from my primary care physician (also with PMC, at the Lynnwood location), which listed future appointments. Sure enough, I had the correct date and time, and PMC had it down in its records. Browsing through the previous reviews here, I am apparently far from the only one who has experienced this sort of contempt for the client. so I will make this short as possible to warn people of getting a second and third opinion. I went in to see a new doctor and had a big about reoccurring UTIs that I've been dealing with for many years. I was dismissed by her with out a care. didn't want to order a urine test to check because she said everyone would flag for one. She guessed what was going on and told me to do nothing. I went with my gut feeling I got that second opinion immediately the provider was very me sent me to a just to make sure everything was going me the correct blood test for each concern that I had and he was very concerned that she did not order these things as well. so fast forward I have a huge kidney stone and multiple kidney stones and also my kidney is very swollen and also has a spot on it that they are making sure that it's not cancerous. This was not an easy pill to swallow and I'm very upset Dr. Greenly didn't take these steps in the first place. your health should be in the care of your providers not a guessing game of what they think it is. order the test for your patients. read more

Terrible experience. Was in the waiting room well past my appt time (30+ min) for what I thought was a preventative care visit with a PCP. They figured out a way to code the appt so it applied to my deductible and I paid $250+ to be seen for 15 min. I would not have made this appt if I knew what I would have to pay, especially as the provider seemed overworked and not very caring. I raised no serious concerns that warranted anything beyond a preventative visit and check-in. I specifically asked the front desk about what I would expect to pay for my visit and to ensure I was in-network too. You won't get accurate answers and you may get a surprise bill like I did. Strongly recommend avoiding PacMed. This place is an example of what's wrong with our health care system. read more

I made an appointment by phone to have my eyes examined by an optometrist. A month later, I show up and check-in at the front desk. Not until I'm being called into the doctor's office does anyone realize that they booked me for an internal medicine physician, not an eye doctor. The staff was friendly but had no explanation (or concern, seemingly) that they would have made such a mistake. They just kept saying I need a referral from my GP to get my eyes checked, as if that was the reason they booked me for a completely wrong thing. It was...stunning. read more

I've been going to PacMed at Northgate for years, seeing Dr. Andrew Dym as my PCP and have had mostly good experiences there. Front receptionists and medical staff (including the lab folks upstairs) are always polite and (generally) efficient. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room for my appointments, with one exception, when I waited for 45 minutes for a speciality appointment and was finally ushered into the example room without apology or noting my long wait (that doctor is no longer there). Their facility at Northgate is nothing fancy, but it's comfortable. Parking is easy and free On the downside, my last request for a dermatology appointment was refused, as they had no available appointments for months. I went to Polyclinic at Northgate instead, and got an appointment for the next day. read more

Been going here since 2000 after changing from many years at UW Hall Health, UW Medical Center (Main and Roosevelt sites) due to my employers at the time. Pretty much remained through other employers for nearly two decades because of the service, locations, vast improvements, expanded hours, and services offered. My primary care physician in Internal Medicine, now retired obstetrician, and my son's pediatrician was/are based at this neighborhood location. Plus free parking and major bus lines near the mall and the Northgate Transit Center. I've also had office visits here with other specialists in dermatology, endocrinology, nutrition, sports medicine, oncology, and surgery. The reception staff are pleasant and I've used their lab, xray, and physical therapy facilities. The only thing I haven't used is their pharmacy. Referrals can be made throughout their wide network in the greater Seattle/King and Snohomish counties. Also, they have partnered with both Children's and Swedish Medical Centers. Plus they seem to accept most insurance providers and new patients. Convenient, diverse, and professional are adjectives that accurately come to mind. read more

I had to switch due to my insurance and also my long term Polyclinic doctor moved onto something else within medicine . She was the best! She looked after my two boys too so it was great family care. I digress. I have seen three doctors at. Pacmed and settled on one. She is also seeing both my boys now since they are both over 18 . So far so good no long waits. This is just getting more ridiculous. I responded to the email shared by Andrew V. below nearly 2 months ago and never received a response. The billing customer service continues to be startlingly incompetent. I sent them the definition of the billing code they used, which contains the following: "Office or other outpatient visit for the evaluation and management of a new patient, which requires these three components: A comprehensive history; A comprehensive examination; Medical decision making of moderate complexity." As you can see it clearly says it REQUIRES a comprehensive examination. Here's the response I received from their CS representative (who also said they refuse to respond to my messages any more): "We billed with the correct code. The definition mentions nothing about a physical/preventative exam being required." Uh... ok. So now I've reported them to the BBB and, on the recommendation of the state insurance commission, I'll be proceeding to the state Attorney General. All because they can't read. read more

The Doctors here are good. Some are great. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, the communication system is Abysmal, terrible, crappy, and un-usable. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone on the phone. Waits of 3-6 hours to 3 to 6 DAYS are common. One staff member told me that most calls are never answered. The best way to contact someone is to drive to the clinic, wait in line, and ask a person at the front desk for an appointment, or whatever else you need. That will get you a result only 50% of the time. After 15 years with Pac Med Northgate, we are leaving as a family. It is simply impossible to navigate the completely useless phone and MyChart system. Nothing works. If you are dealing with something even mildly urgent; go to Urgent Care or the ER. Pac Med cannot, and has no interest in, helping patients or even communicating with them. Such a disappointment. Management obviously cares nothing for patients, only profit margins. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is ridiculous in its ineptitude. When I arrived I was "greeted" by a front desk of people who have all the charm of DMV office with a broken thermostat. I braved the scowls and rude tones of voice to speak with the woman at the reception desk. She spoke broken English and I could barely hear what she said but I managed to understand "UPSTAIRS. LEFT." So after filling out my patient paperwork I went upstairs and turned left and went in a door to find someone who could help me. Little did I know I had walked right into the room where examinations were being held...pretty sure those doors should be locked or manned at least? I don't know I'm not a doctor. Found someone at a desk who said "you shouldn't be here." To which I replied "I kind of figured that but there are no signs and I'm lost." "Go wait outside the door and someone will find you." Cool. This is going great I thought. So I found a seat. I was then called back to the room I had happened upon earlier and was taken to an examination room. The male nurse who came to see me in an acceptable amount of time had a quizzical look on his face. " Who did you speak with at reception?" I replied "Some woman, didn't get her name." He looked confused and then said "well we have no record of you and have no idea who you are." WOW THIS GOING REALLY GREAT. Notice my sarcasm. So I had to fill out much similar forms again and wait for the doctor. I saw Dr. Jamwal who was courteous and professional and told me, after taking my blood pressure and listening to breathing, how this would work. "In the best situation your insurance will cover an overnight stay at our sleep clinic. Worst case scenario they will cover an at-home sleep study which is much less conclusive and normally results in a second visit and eventually an overnight sleep study." Okay, finally getting somewhere. The doctor left and said they would call me to let me know which procedure would be covered by my insurance. I then left. No copay or any asking of information from the clinic staff, I was told to just walk out. An hour later I get a call from a woman who tells me that "since you don't have a referral for this appointment you will be charged the full amount for the visit." "Isn't that something your staff should've asked me before I had my appointment? HOW ABOUT THE MONTH BEFORE WHEN I CALLED AND SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT?" "Well you'll need to get a retro-referral done by your primary care physician in five days or it won't be covered." Wow. Thanks for your help, pretty sure you'd be better suited to work at INS with all that compassion in your voice. After seeing my PCP the office there informed me that retro-referrals can only be done within 2 business days. So no Doris from INS you're wrong again. I then received a call at work from one of their reception staff, possibly the first gal I spoke with when I showed up for the tire fire of a visit. "Good news! You have been referred out to the downtown Seattle Swedish for a home test." "How is it good news that you're telling me that 1. You won't see me as a patient anymore; 2. You have referred me to the less conclusive testing; and 3. I now have to drive from Mountlake Terrace to DOWNTOWN SEATTLE FOR MY AT HOME SLEEP STUDY? What planet do you live on where any of this is good news?" I hung up before I heard her sad attempt of a reply. THIS OFFICE IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVERY PERSON I HAVE SPOKEN WITH (several insurance people and my PCP) HAVE SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THIS REFERRAL BEFORE MY VISIT. I will be appealing with my insurance company to cover this visit. And if it's not covered I will get a lawyer and go after this crooked "medical practice." Beware of these incompetent medical UNprofessionals. I will also be reporting them to the state and any other agency that might regulate their office. I'm not sure if Facebook is the best place for reviews or not so I'm putting a cleaned up version of that initial review here. These idiots scheduled me an appointment for an ADHD assessment. Before the referral had even gone through, which took weeks, I called ahead to make certain that was a thing that doctor did and was assured. To be clear, I would have easily missed disneyland, 100 free rock concerts, and not eaten this week if that got me this appointment. After eagerly waiting for my scheduled appointment for over a month I was called on the morning of and told that "Actually, they don't do that, and not only do you need to reschedule but you need a new referral for a different department and we can't help you with our screw up" to politely paraphrase. Why they scheduled an appointment that could not happen? Why they couldn't figure it out till just this moment? They had no answer. Do not make the mistake of trusting Pacific Medical Centers to give a crap about you on any level. No I do not cuss often, yes I do find it appropriate to this situation. 0/10 stars cause 1/5 could never be good enough for how they've thrown me around like garbage. So in the nicest way possible. Anyone that answers the phone at this place is incompetent. They are not knowledgeable about insurance policies and follow incorrect protocol which delays in patient care. They do not inform people booking an appointment if they need to arrive 20 minutes earlier for an appointment, instead communicate this by sending a mailing 1 week before the appointment in which notifies you that they will cancel your appointment if not 20 minutes early. If I had known this at the time of scheduling, I would have selected a different time. I waited 1 month to be seen by a specialist and had to reschedule another month out. That's 2 more months of pain. When asking for a referral to be sent to a different specialist, they follow the wrong protocol which ends up with a longer delay. After my appointment with him i felt very depressed and i stopped sleeping and feeling well (he quit my appointments with and and made me go find a new doctor btw). . Doctors are friendly but rushed. Had a couple things to talk about which I indicated on my appointment form when booking with the office. The doc came back in after they ran a test on me, and when I tried to bring up the next issue I was told that I should have mentioned it earlier and that the appointment was over. Felt very rushed and not like a lot of care/attention is given to each person. I know they are busy, but it's poor form to place blame on the patient when they already did indicate there were multiple things for discussion. Does not go far in creating a trusting bond with your health provider. Queue client-centric marketing crap. Went to the X-ray area for a chest X-ray. It was quick, no wait. The person was really friendly and set me up quickly. Lying on my back, they informed me it was the best position to take a picture of kidney stones. Kidney stones?! I'm here for a chest x-Ray! Wonder how much radiation they would have dosed me with had they not made that comment. Would have had to come back and get new X-rays done. Just a bit worrying when tests are getting mixed up. read more

I have been a patient of this clinic for 6 years as well as my other 5 family members. I started her originally when my daughter,Ava, was born and we had moved from the Richmond beach area. I was given a list of a few local family doctors and clinics, and Dr. Mathew Bressie was one of them. I scheduled an initial well child for my daughter with Dr. Bressie. His manner was friendly and eager to work hard to help understand the needs of me as a parent. I was so impressed by him that I switched all of our care to Dr. Bressie. He had pictures and cards of his patients and would brag about how much he loved his patients. One plus too with being new to Pacmed is availability was open everyday so if my children needed emergency visit he was available. He was sympathetic and understanding and if he didn't know something about a medication or medical issue he would pull up the Internet and check right there and take the time after our visit to learn more. I became so comfortable with him that I even shared with him I had briefly slipped in my sobriety in 2012 after my father passed. He was supportive and refered me to counseling and treatment services. After the birth of his first child he was elated and in our visits he would discuss and compare his discipline styles and his child's development etc. as my daughter who is ADHD and has developmental delays started showing signs of ADHD. He ignored them and kept telling me these were behavioral issues and how to discipline like he does, etc. even though I repetadtely told him and showed him firsthand he went from being a doctor to us, he then became in his mind an expert in parenting. Even when he called CPS after his radiology department had made a mistake after I brought in my son who fell down several stairs and I had taken him to children's the very moment it happened. He called CPS because his radiology dept originally said no skull fracture but two weeks later said there was. Bressie called several times they day he was informed and that day I was sick w flu w kids I didn't call back thinking it was Pacmed just calling to get me to schedule my appt for my follow up. After CPS came and left which was fine it turned out indeed there was no fracture at all the intitial radiology was correct. I myself came in for myself for help regarding getting refered for my own ADHD that was diagnosed as a child. Also one more indicator Bressie missed for my daughter. In two separate visits regarding my mental health he recommended and prescribed a med called serequel Xr a medication I repeatedly told him I had adverse side affects to. I asked him if we could explore Strattera a non stimulant med I took years before that helped. He said no that that would not help with my depression. So I decided I would try it but Bressie never bothered to do the pre authorization for the med. I never quite have understood why he did not after two visits for mental health not do any research or try to help. He had given a refferal for my son Aydan to see eye doctor. At my last appt w him he asked if I had made appt w eye dr. I told him yes. I did not have the information on where his appt was at time of my visit so he asked that I call to tell him where. So that day I did. A week later recieved a call from his assistant asking where it was son was being seen. So I called a second time leaving the information. On vacation a week later recieved two calls and a message from Bressie sounding concerned about Aydan not being seen by Eye Dr. At this point recalling the situation with his radiology department and being on our first vacation in months I call clinic and leave message saying I have appt for son eye, I have called several times and to please stop calling about this that I will be taking him to new dr. We get home and in mail letter from Bressie saying he is concerned for my son. At this point I want to call and just let him have it. Since when have I not taken my children to well child's or refferals to places I needed to. At this point it had been about a few weeks since my 2 visits with Bressie for my personal stuff. I had meds he did not refill and the one pre authorization he never completed. I recieved a message from his assistant saying Bressie says to tell your new doctor to refill your meds. So I call to speak w his assistant but I am told by receptionist that neither Bressie nor his assistant will talk to me that I need to discuss this with "my new doctor" mind you at this point I am still even now a patient of Pacmed. I since contacted Sean who is manager of this clinic. At first she was helpful. But now will not return my calls. I have Been seen personally at this clinic in last year about 4 times just for me yet I now can out get my diabetes meds filled. I called yesterday after a few days of my insulin that is now out to be told that the doctor does have my refill in his box and if by the weekend it's not fooled can call after hours weekend clinic. I received another call from a Debt Collector saying that I never paid my bill for Pac Med when I was told months ago that Pac Med applied my check to my bill but I am still receiving harassing callings 6 months later. BE WARNED! Pick any where else to be seen by a Doctor! Honestly you are probably in better hands with a "Doctor" operating out of a cardboard box then someone from this location. I do not want to be contacted by anyone at Pac Med unless it's to refund me for services that they were suppose to collect from my insurance. I am writing this 5 star review based upon the care my father is receiving from Dr Ware. My father had a severe stroke 5 months ago which has been completely devastating to him and our family. Dr Ware has taken on my father as patient post stroke and has absolutely been beyond amazing!!! She is so caring, thorough, patient, knowledgeable and has managed his complete care. PacMed performed some basic health screenings at my employer, and the people were fun to work with. Given that I'd had a negative medical experience with another physician in the past, I was in the market for a new health care professional, and decided to give PacMed a try. What a good decision! The staff were friendly and helpful, and I found the experience with Lisa Sieberson, DNP, ARNP to be exactly what I was hoping for - a thoughtful and caring approach that made me feel like a valued part of my personal wellness team. (After all, I'm the one tending the day-to-day with my health.) I finally feel like I have a health care professional who will patiently help me understand what I can do for my health, and who recognized the steps that I already take. Supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable, I am so glad to be a PacMed patient! read more

I'm so disappointed with this establishment. I've been going to PacMed for ten years and lately with living near Northgate I've felt like each experience at this location has gotten worse. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I had an unforeseen issue with needing a doctor's note to get cleared for scuba diving due to my mild anxiety and when I called on a Thursday to make an appointment with my general care provider, they said he didn't have any appointment available so they gave me an appointment with Dr. Falzon on Friday. I didn't know I needed a note till Thursday afternoon and my dives were Saturday and Sunday so I was certain this would come through for me despite it being last minute (I've already done four dives at this point) but instead I got told I needed to see a PSYCHIATRIST and that there was "no way he's going to clear me" because I have a have taken the lowest dose possible of a benzodiazepine for my anxiety in the past. He'd rather me be on anti-depressants for the depression I don't have than for me to occasionally take something to control my heart rate when I've drank too much caffeine. A medication of 10-15 pills I get refilled every 3-4 months because of how little I actually use it. I wanted to see if I could talk to Dr. Bressie who knew my history and experience and he proceeded to tell me that he no longer worked at PacMed.... so no one bothered to tell me my primary care doctor moved to another practice? On top of it, he kept dismissing me when I tried explaining how little I use the medication, like I didn't know my own body. It was an extremely frustrating experience. My boss paid for me to get certified with his 13 years old son and now I have no idea how to tell him that his son has to get certified alone this weekend because this institution's lack of communication skills and bedside manner. I will no longer be seeking care at PacMed. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Their billing department will screw you over. Nobody communicates, and it is a joke when they tell you to ask for a supervisor. I have called them multiple times and keep getting thrown around. I am starting to think that their so-called supervisor "Cynthia" doesn't exist. They will send you to collections within weeks of your appointment and when you request recordings of phone calls where they warned you about being sent to collections they will tell you to call their supervisor. And when you do call for the supervisor they are busy and will call you back. They never call you back. read more

Initial visit with pcp was 15 min- not enough for establishing with my chronic condition. I was told by the MA at that visit she might not have time for my physical as she was running late. I did all of there transitioning paperwork but the pcp and specialist didn't update referrals ect when I joined USFHP. Now the bills are rolling in and the ins and referrals dept admit it was their fault. All day on the phone and I still don't have my needs met. Warning to all, Northgate doesn't have their processes working. It takes a lot of time to unwind their problems. As a new patient it's very hard. read more

I have been a patient with Pacific Medical Center for over 25 years. The OD I saw lacked genuine concern or personality and did not follow up with me as needed. This seems to be the normal course of action at Pacific Medical Center, including Beacon Hill as following up with their patients and making sure they are on the right path to recovery. The information they provide on MyChart is contradicting, they do not have immediate postings so that patients can get follow up care in a timely fashion and they have so many different people responding to your inquiries that the information they provide is different from one person to another. It is like they don't even read your chart. In this specific case, I had to call twice after my appointment and the doctor had her MA give me my results. When I asked for clarification as to what was going on, instead of the doctor giving me a well-informed response, the MA put me on hold came back and gave me a very generic response. I do not recommend this healthcare system and will be transferring my care of my family to another system that believes in preventative care and cares for and listens to their patients. read more

Dr Lewis is absolutely terrible. I came for a check up and to ask about contraceptives, and to get my prescription a refilled. I told her one of my jobs was a budtender at a pot shop and she said "oh if you're working at a pot shop I will definitely not refill your prescriptions and I have the power to do that." I was in tears because I need this medications because I go manic without them. She asked me how's depression and explained and was completely insensitive, and she sent me off with no check up, nothing about contraceptives, and feeling absolutely terrible. She was so incredibly rude. I will never see her again. Never get an appointment her. She doesn't even seem like a doctor she just seems like a judgmental neighbor read more

Well i guess the most important thing at a medical center is the dr so i have to say i was very impressed with Dr Dym.He was pleasant, informative and seemed genuinely interested in this new patient..Im happy i found him.If i were rating him alone id give 5 stars! However after seeing my wife experience borderline rude behavior from the front office/check in staff for several years i got to experience it myself. As a new patient i was asked to fill out several forms from their website. When i handed them in the clerk said "whats this for?i dont need this".This was said in an abrupt annoyed tone of voice, When i told her it was on THEIR own website she just said "i dont need it" This was after greeting me with a mumbled "next".No smile.No hello.No customer service skills. As i said ill come here for Dr Dym but this place needs a serious upgrade in the front office/check in staff. I get better and more pleasant customer service from my auto mechanic and local coffee shop. So 1 star for check in. 5 for Dr Dym-rating 3. Sad day when a medical facility gets anything other than an excellent rating. read more

I have been a patient at Pac Med for 20 + years. I have always liked the doctors there. I just have an issue with the billing department. I really don't even think the doctors truly understand the coding and how things are billed. I do not plan to go there anymore. If you plan to see a doctor there, just beware, you might get hit with a huge bill! The Polyclinic is close by and are better at communicating with their patients. read more

Dr Clowry left when I had about 5 questions left and did nothing to resolve my situation other than refer to another coworker for follow up and recommend Advil instead of ibuprofen. She was GONE when I went to look for her and I had to go to the other end of the bldg to figure out where the lab was and when I should go. Do not go here! If you smoke marijuana DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dr. Bressie was completely insensitive to my situation and refused to treat me the same way my previous Dr. treated me for 15 years before he changed clinics. Bressie said he would not prescribe me anything except a very addictive antidepressant until I peed clean for 60 days because he is completely against the use of weed for any reason! I don't even drink or do anything other than weed and it helps a lot more than expensive addictive meds their reps push them to prescribe. I will never recommend anyone go here for anything. The Dr. I had before going here was part of the Everett Clinic who gave me excellent care for my condition (chronic kidney stones and intercystial cystitis) but since I moved to Seattle thought Pacific Medical Center would be convenient. Boy was I wrong and completely embarrassed by him making me feel like a drug addict for smoking weed. I know what has worked for me in the past, but he was all about writing exspensive medications that I would never take again since they were medicines I had tried before years ago and had experienced unbearable side effects. I even told this young Dr. they had not worked for me in the past and that I just wanted to refill what I knew does work, but he insisted that I must be the only one to experience these side effects because he had never heard of any such side effects before (even though I easily looked online about the prescription and read the serious side effects I experienced were actually listed)-----probably because he was barely 30 yrs old, fresh out of med school, and I bet heavily influenced by drug reps that pay and gift him to prescribe there cure alls. I finally found my old Dr. had simply moved clinics. He empathizes and understands my situation and self-knowledge of what does and doesn't work for me and I am happy with the therapy I receive I would never recommend anyone go here especially if you use marijuana. I was/am always open with my Dr. that I smoked and he never once made me feel bad for it, unlike Bressie. THIS IS SEATTLE YOU FOOLS over 50% of the state is for it! Edit: The wierdest thing about all this was him accusing me of being in an abusive relationship! Wth? I have IC and he said he read somewhere that "most women with IC were in abusive relationships!! Dr. Ware is fantastic and deserves five stars,but after dealing with a different doctor at PacMed and 5 staff members, I'm so disappointed. I received a referral to get diagnostic screening for a painful lump, but at my appt SCCA said PacMed sent an incorrect referral. PacMed told me to wait at SCCA for a new referral to be sent over. After 2.5 hours I spent 56 minutes on the line and told the new referral was sent. It was not. The next day I had to reexplain everything since there were zero notes.2days later they sent another incorrect referral to SCCA and the correct referral to Swedish- not SCCA. 3 days,3+ hours on the phone, 4 assurances it's all been sent to SCCA, I'm back to square one without a correct referral. Several staff members were unfriendly (Jake was great),I had multiple calls dropped. I rarely post bad reviews,but there were so many balls dropped and false claims with this that it seems systemic. Again- Dr. Ware is solid, but incredibly frustrating help from 6+ other staff members. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Wilcox for a few years now. I don't see her regularly but whenever I do, she always makes the time to see me. I would have given this clinic 5 stars but one of my visits had me almost running to another clinic. I was coming in to see Dr. Theresa Wolber for my recent neck injury during a car accident. I had left work early to arrive on time for my 15 minute appointment starting at 4:15pm. I waited in the waiting room until 4:45pm before flagging down the first employee I could see. I explained the situation and she ran back to find the MA. The MA came out and apologized that the Dr. was running behind and she would see me as soon as possible. I was really bothered that I was not notified that she was running late when i checked in. When I went to see Dr. Wolber; I was seen for 12 minutes. She told me that I had a sprained neck and to take a hot shower to alleviate the pain. I explained that this is what I had been doing before but the pain hadn't subsided. I ended up leaving without any pain relief or prescription for physical therapy. When I received the bill for my office visit, I was charged for an entire 30 minute exam. I was appalled and called the billing office. They were unable to change the charges. I reported that to my claim adjuster and she assured me that she would call the office and have the fees adjusted. I never heard the end result of her call but I will NOT be seeing Dr. Wolber ever again. She didn't have very good bedside manner and I will never make the mistake of seeing another Dr. besides Dr. Wilcox. read more

Two stars for always being able to get in. Minus three stars for constant billing mistakes. I was billed for a standard visit that cost me more with insurance than it would have without. They openly said it was coded funny and said they would take care of it. 6 months later it thought it was truly taken care of then i receive another bill for the same thing no note or explanation. Also the doctors wont answer simple questions through mychart so they force you to come in so they can make an extra buck. Wont be back. read more

This review is about Dr. Rebecca Over, DO. In 2010 I had my thyroid gland removed because of cancer. I had two surgeries, removing one half at a time. After the first surgery, I was sent to Dr. Rebecca Over, by my Surgeon, as one has to be on thyroid medication after thyroid removal, and she was to be the prescribing Dr. for the medication. I found her to be the most condescending Doctor I've ever spoken with in my life. She spoke down to me like I was a silly child who didn't know a thing about the thyroid gland or cancer, or my own body. I'm not a Doctor, yet I do work in the health field and am very educated about the body, and was also educating myself about thyroid cancer since I had it! In addition to her bedside manner being subpar, I questioned her common sense as a Dr. She took me off the thyroid hormone (cold turkey) that my Surgeon prescribed for me, as I'd just had over half of my thyroid removed. My TSH went from .2 to 32, yes, 32,in 3 weeks time. It basically plummeted, and so did I. She called me at home after the bloodwork to see how I was feeling, I told her horrible. She realized I needed to be back on thyroid hormone immediately. Then, she forgot to call the prescription into the pharmacy and it was the weekend, and she was unavailable. So, after this was all said and done, and I had my next follow up with the Surgeon, he was very surprised that she'd pulled me off the thyroid hormone cold turkey like that. He was looking through my charts to see what she'd documented about it, which was nothing. I asked to never, ever see her again, and I was sent to another Endocronolgist who knew how to do his job. read more
