Cat poop! The "lawn" (using that term loosely) areas between the RV spots are heavy in weeds, no grass was seen. And heavily scattered among said weeds are dozens of piles of cat poop. It's so gross. There is no way to sit outside of your RV without the overwhelming smell of cat poop. Our son stepped in a fresh pile two steps out of the truck. You must have good balance because you basically have to walk on the concrete mow strip instead of the weeds to avoid the poop. They are making zero effort to clean anything or keep the lawns decent. The random trees are dropping leaves and flowers that are left to rot and stink on the ground also. It's so fun to track that in the RV.

Not in the best neighborhood, wanted to walk to get a coffee had to worry about homeless that was walking up to me. 2 stars because the staff is friendly, quick to offer a new room. It felt more like a dorm room. There was a full bath with tub. The bed was a queen with sheets and a fleece blanket (no comforter). The heating/cooling worked great. And, the room was very clean. There is no closet, but there are hangers and a hanger post that folds out of the wall. There is a single-butt bench that shares space with the fold out hangers. And, there is an open storage square, rather than a traditional dresser. I needed to work from the room and the desk and office chair worked out great. There is free wifi. And, my TMobile phone had 5G service in the room. There are plenty of plug ins on the desk for all of your devices. And, there is an LED lamp for additional light. There is a wall mounted TV. The mount doesn't let you move the TV, so you can really only watch it from the bed. You can't move it to watch from the desk. And, because of where it is positioned, it wouldn't be convenient to hook up to your laptop as a second monitor. The Free Breakfast is continental, coffee cakes, muffins, cereal, juice/coffee and a make your own waffle machine. Because of the price point, there are several folks who stay at this hotel for multiple weeks, maybe even as a primary residence up to the limit of 24 days. The neighborhood to the South is pretty rough, being kitty corner to a dead KMart. But, to the North of the Hotel are lots of restaurants and a Shopping Mall. I didn't feel unsafe in the neighborhood at all, but I also wouldn't go walking around solo at night, if ya know what I mean.
