Where do I start?! So many positive things about this company and I am extremely pleased with their work. Communication is important to me and Sean was very on point. As soon I clicked that request for quotes on Yelp, Sean was one of the few companies that got back to me, RIGHT AWAY. There were other companies that gave me quotes but not as fast/competitive as this company. Not only did he provided me the quote, he literally sent over a diagram and the photo of the cabinet/color. The process was smooth and flawless. Sean provided me the day the project will start and even the estimated time of arrival. I love it when people are punctual. They don't waste my time! Finding a contractor is not easy; especially one that is reliable, budget friendly, great communication and of course...complete the project with satisfaction! The work I had done was replacing the base cabinets with a new one without replacing the existing granite countertop (it had been done a few years by another company). It would be a lot easier to get it replaced all at once, but that's besides the point. This company was able to replace the cabinets WITHOUT breaking/cracking the existing countertop. We decided to do a kitchen remodel this year on our fairly outdated kitchen. I contacted 4 contractors to come out and give me a bid. Socal Cabinet Guys was the 3rd to come out of the 4. The first 2 companies spent about 45 mins (Max 1 hour) explaining the process, taking measurements and working with me on creating a design idea. Then came SoCal Cabinet Guys, with his cabinet samples, a note book, and a pencil. He spent a minimum of 2 hours with me and my wife drawing up a design right in front of me and taking meticulous notes. This was on a Friday morning and by Monday he had a detailed estimate (fairly priced) and a 3D rendering of exactly what we discussed. Sean is a pro. I did a kitchen remodel that is fabulous. I had a lot of indecisiveness. Sean has great ideas and walked me through patiently. I couldn't decide what countertop I wanted. He met me at the quartz showroom/warehouse on a Saturday. That's commitment. He was completely attentive to all of my phone calls and texts; usually responding within seconds. The guys that work for him were equally professional. Sean sealed off the work area with plastic to minimize dust (I don't know why, but I didn't expect that). After one days work, one of his guys was on his knees mopping the work area and my garage floor. They kept it clean as possible daily. Whenever I had a question, they stopped and addressed me patiently and answered any questions. He repaired a drooping ceiling drywall and fixed an existing plumbing problem all at no cost. Even to the very end he was looking to see how he could improve his work. I am so pleased with the end product. Just had my masterbath completed and it turned out amazing. The owner was heavily involved in the project and even did some of the finish work himself. I was involved in selecting the look and style of most of the items at every step of the way and I even bought a few must-have items myself online that they incorporated into the design. The owner helped me make product selections when and where I got stuck and continued to show me other similar designs so I could "see" the design elements we were discussing. The bathroom came right in on budget. I was so happy that I decided to have them come back to do my kitchen this week, followed by my second bathroom and then a few minor projects.
