If you can't get an appointment here in the time you're looking for you can call over there and expect the same service. I called today, imagining I'd have to book weeks ahead (turns out that's usually the case), but this day Leslie happened to have a cancellation that I could make. Lucky me! Leslie did a great job on my hair, and was a wealth of information and encouragement for me as a newcomer to the area besides. I don't think I've ever had someone ask such good questions and talk me through what my options were so clearly up front.
